Rear entrance door, which requires a room key for entry, was propped open by a rock on several occasions. This raised red flags for security, as a non-guest could have entered the hotel. Although the room seemed to have been renovated, the carpet was old. The bath tub had no stopper for a bath (as opposed to shower), so used a wash cloth to fill the tub, which started to peel PAINT as the tub was restored by some kind of paint! Alarm clock was not working and 2 educated adults could not figure out how to set the time. Carpeting in stair wells was either frayed or totally missing.

The walls in the bathroom were dirty, the shower was gross and the shower curtain mildew smelling. We were also outside of the smoking door, so our room smelled of smoke

The website when booking said there was a pool and hot tub. BOTH WERE CLOSED and could not be used. I wanted to get a drink-there was not A SINGLE VENDING MACHINE, went to my floor, then addition floor, called the desk, after multiple calls, they finally answered the phone-NO VENDING MACHINES, Sorry. Only had one set of towels in the room, had to call (and wait) to get a second set. The main hallway for the third floor had a smell, according to my wife she said it smelled like pet urine. Not cleaned. The room was non smoking, yet there was a distinct tobacco smell. The breakfast selection was dismal at best. No coffee or tea. So I figured I’d get it in my room. No coffee pot or tea bags in the room either. No hair dryer in the bathroom either. Felt really gypt, had to provide CC to hold the room, even though I said “pay for room when I arrive”. So at that point I was out money. The bed was comfortable and I got a decent nights sleep, but the price I paid was not near the quality and amenities I was expecting.

The first assigned room was totally smoke infested. The hotel manager inspected The room with me and could not believe the smoke pungent room after opening the door And stepping in only two feet inside. She immediately offered us another room which was fine. In the reassigned room it took two hours for the water to drain from the tub. In addition the room did not have a microwave oven. Otherwise the was quite nice, comfortable and pleasant.

Need a bell at the front desk so when no one is there you can at list let them know some how your are there. Only 1 wash cloth and 1 hand towel in the bathroom. No trash can in the bathroom. A used shampoo bottle sitll in shower. Wonder how much they really clean in there. Complimentry breakfast was a joke. Selection was so low. 2 bags of small bagels and wasn't even in a bin with a utentsil to take one out. Who knows how many hands touched the bagels trying to get 1 out. Didn't see any cream cheese or jelly for the bagels. Went to Bob Evans to have a breakfast. Check out she didn't even ask how our stay was. Not even sure if she said thank you for staying with us. Will not recommend or stay there again.

Different selections and more breakfast put out. The staff didn’t clean my room also I didn’t receive the towels I asked for twice I had to go to the front desk and still didn’t receive the towels I asked for !!

Pool was closed. Overall hotel seemed run down. Paid extra for breakfast. At 8:30 all that was there were four containers of cereal, warm milk, and two pieces of bread. No wash cloth and only 1 towel.

Location was good. Price seemed good until I saw the place.

phone didn’t work, cost of stay, ice maker empty, had to ask for towels 3times. keys didn’t work had to exchange 2xs. key didn’t work in door A. door B didn’t lock so anyone could go in the hotel. had to go down to front desk after shower (because phone didn’t work) no hair dryer in room. did not have room service not even empty trash can. and can’t discount stay because booked through booking.com. will not stay at a ramada or book through booking.com again

Smelled smoke, the trash was not emptied near the ice machine, the back door was not secured. Hallway was noisy, some people kept jerking on my door knob.

the doors aren’t locked, meaning anyone can walk in you don’t need a key card or anything. That made me a little on edge

The woman behind the desk was very straight to the point. No smile no tear no nothing. When we drove to the back to our door there was two people standing outside smoking Marijuana and the whole inside of the building smelled like it. The door you walk through to get to the room is an outdated fire escape route. You can tell the recently tried to do some upgrades in the rooms but whoever did them was not very attentive to detail.

Not a bad place for the money. When you first go in it's nice. And it was only 8 minutes from the train we were supposed to ride.

The cleaniness of the hotel, the parking lot lay out compared to where you have to check in and out of. The bed comfort was not good, and the breakfast was pop tarts, for being a much more expensive hotel it was poor quality
