There was a party there with about 100 people they were letting the kids run up and down the hall way banging on people's doors, pressing their faces on the windows from the outside of rooms. Check in staff was friendly the staff the next day was rude as could be.

Original room was really nice but was given it without housekeeping not had cleaned the room. Was moved to smaller room with lamp fixtures didn’t work, toilet stopped up, coffee maker leaked all over the cabinet, no condiments for coffee & cost of valet parking is ridiculous. $30/night & across the street is $12!! I visit Columbus frequently but I doubt if I ever stay there again. Should have gotten a discount!!! NOT!!!

***THIS HOTEL IS FALSELY MISREPRESENTED ON THE BOOKING SITE*** First, it is shown as a 3-star hotel. This is laughably ridiculous. It is a basic hotel with few amenities. Second, the description says free breakfast is provided, and it simply is not. These false claims are unacceptable and need to be changed ASAP. While the room was clean enough where it needed to be, the overall cleanliness and atmosphere are marginal. There was a noticeable pot smell in the lobby when first entering. Other parts of the room had some missed trash, and there was a powdery substance in one of the corners, most likely bug poison.

The beds and bathroom were adequately clean and comfortable--this is what counts the most if all one needs is somewhere to sleep for a night.

it was a bit unnerving. location was confusing to find, tucked in on back of dead end. could use some deep cleaning for sure. if you’re looking for a cheap place and aren’t concerned with run down to for it.

we got the spa bedroom, and when we filled it up and turned it on…mold came out of the jets. there was also no shampoo or conditioners. just 2 bars of soap and what seemed to be an already used body wash. there was also dead bugs in the toilet paper holder.

I had reserved two rooms they were not next to each other which was not a big problem but when I went into one of the rooms I had no TV I have three children with me to work with me and one was with my other party so we needed TVs in both rooms so then my room got moved clear down around the hall to far away from my other room and the second room there was moths in it there was two cockroaches found in a dead one was behind the desk that fell from the wall and the other one ran across the floor. I do this trip every year for the last five or six years I believe this will be my last year at this hotel I know someone who gets the hotel on the other side of the highway it’s like $30 more a night but it’s a lot cleaner they said and it has a pool.

Odd set up. Sheets had burn marks in them. Some of the towels were stained. Pillow cases had a few stains. Smoke detector kept saying low battery all night.

Room was kinda big. I see people complain about not being able to get water out of hottub however on the side of the tub inside is a part to turn to let the water out.
