admin confusion. Took photocopy of my credit card, apparently only completed one of our 2 rooms, later asked sister for payment of second room. I’m sure it will all be honestly accounted, but felt uncomfortable.

Last 2 visits were bad. Major remodel of lobby may be a good reason to close the hotel down for a week. Temporary breakfast area was not even adequate. No coffee carafe in the room despite my request. Last visit, there again was no coffee pot in the room. I asked for one but the desk clerk who spoke good English claimed to not know what I was talking about. During the last night of the two night stay, people kept running down the hall and slamming the side door to the back parking lot open and shut all night. I did not hear hotel management try to shut things down and there was no police action.

Hotel location. We've been going to this hotel for 40 years. We could make our own coffee in the room, warm up bottles and left overs. Mattress is good. Bathroom clean, no bed bugs, breakfast was adequate.

It’s needs a deep clean, and update. Vending machine has dusts and dirt on display beverages, orange juice served at breakfast im sure was spoiled and the dispenser was covered in what appeared to be mold.

Breakfast could have been better but overall, I was totally disappointed with the management. I was charged $200 as security deposit even though policy states $150. Worse, they have refused to refund it!

I have never before had to request housekeeping for clean towels and sheets or to clean the room.

Check-in was easy enough and the you lady behind the desk was pleasant and easy do deal with.

Rooms were very small, advertised as queen bed but was a twin. Room was close to the road so very noisy. Breakfast options were weak. No housekeeping.

The checkin process was difficult the receptionist seemed uninterested and slow. He tried to tell us that we were under 21 even though we were not and wouldn't take my separate card for payment. And the TV was completely broken they said they would send someone to fix it but never did.

Wifi was slower but still worked, bathroom was on the smaller side but was functional.
