We waited for like 30 minutes for them to find a room for us. Someone walked in the room due to giving the wrong key number. They didn't even check the name.

The staff and management were great! Coming from similar work backgrounds, they’re doing what they can. I just don’t think they feel safe and supported by corporate and or the community, and therefore, morale is low. It’s not in the best part of town. Got bad vibes throughout my stay. Finally, as I was getting ready to check out, the cops, guns drawn, conducted an arrest at a room. I recommend an increased police presence, and corporate working with the staff/management and the county/city to see how the staff/management can be better supported.

All the amenities were broken even the ice machine didn't work. And no breakfast because they had no supplies. And no employees. Will not stay again.

The bed hadn't been made when we got there. Even though there was a coffee pot in the room, there was no coffee, even at the front desk.The room needed repairs done to it. The outside sidewalks and stairs were filthy. Many homeless hang around the area. We think a couple homeless were eating breakfast when we ate. Many doors looked banged up like someone had tried to break-in..

Good location in Albuquerque. Breakfast was ok.

No enough towels. Only had one towel between my husband and 4 kids. Bathtub didnt drain. Pool was way too cold for the kiddos and the hot tub was broken.

The fan in the bathroom sounded monstrous for some reason. Horrible area, ghetto- local cops warned us about people in the area advised us to carry. Not enough towels in the beginning because “hobos run off with the laundry” If security could be more than just a shirtless man wearing a bulletproof vest leaning into peoples cars

The bathroom was to small I am 4ft 9. And I was having trouble with shower nxt to the toilet. The bedroom and bathroom was dirty when we checked so I had to clean it and the hotel staff was very rude when you ask for help.

The staff was nice enough but we had booked a handicapped room and they said there were none available. When we asked about it, the clerk said they were completely booked up and so was every other hotel, so he was our best bet, and then my ailing father asked if there was an elevator and he just got a laugh and a No to that answer. So he had to walk up stairs with his bad legs, (hence why we asked for the hasndicap room). The room was clean enough, but the bed only had light blankets on them, sheet type blankets and no other blanket in the room to put on the bed. If you're wanting more than one towel then I suggest you either go somewhere else or ask when you arrive, because there is literally only one towel in the room to use. That goes for coffe too, you better ask for coffe cups and accessories because we had a maker and sugar but no coffee or cups. We tried for breakfast the next morning, but the staff was completely incapable of getting their stuff together that morning. There was no management it seemed. The front door was locked, the lights were completely out, there were other guests waiting for breakfast and trying to check out as well. There was however was a little window to talk through, so we just put our keys through the little window as we headed towards our car. Once in our car I could finally see someone turn the lights on and start hurrying to open doors and start breakfast, but by then, we had to hit the road. We just hit the McDonald's for breakfast instaed. Definitely would not recommend this place again, there is a Hampton Inn or another hotel across street I stay at if I absolutely had to stay in Albuquerque agian.

The room was just okay. It was fairly clean and at least had wood floors, not nasty carpet.

I was really looking forward to the pool that the online ad said was working but when we got there it was out of service so that was definitely a big disappointment

the location and the people staying at the hotel it made us feel extremely unsafe. i can honestly say I wasn’t able to sleep at all. it looked like the people on the side wore selling drugs there were people coming in and out of the room all night.

I called and asked the staff at the time of its ok I’m late to my check in. They told me I was paid up for 3 nights so I’m good. When I got there I was charged the full amount and my reservation was cancelled. I’ve called every day and I always seem to miss the manager. I’m now told to email the manager and they’ll get back to me when they get a chance. I’m trying to get a refund for the last 2 days since I didn’t stay there and had to stay somewhere else.

Swimming pool wasn’t available for hours after we arrived and the water was freezing. There was a lot of repair work being done. No one came to fix the television after I reported having trouble with it.

The staff was very friendly. They brought a cot to the room. Rooms were clean and comfortable. It was quiet until dawn.

The room was dirty. I had to clean the bathroom myself because someone peed on the toilet before we got there. The bathroom area was way too small. There was dirt lining the walls, and the air conditioner worked minimal. The front desk guy was a jerk. I had to run down 2 flights of stairs twice because my card key wasn't working so I was breathless by the second time. And he made fun of me acting like I was making a scene. Like I was the problem and not the card key. 😕 very unprofessional.

I had a guest here that stays weekly! And he harrassed me and my guest, calling us heads and hobos! He was extremely rude but it did stop once I called the office!

The vanity water did not go when I brushed my teeth.
