I sat in a balcony chair and it broke and collapsed, resulting in me getting hurt. I reported it to staff at the desk, who had me fill out a form. I wasn't asked if I was okay or what they could do for me. I hit my head, hand and had bruises as a result of this. Very disappointing.

I didn't like that there were no wash clothes in the bathroom when I checked into my room. We had two big towels but no wash or hand towels. Aside from that, everything else was great.

The manager on duty when I called after extending our stay an extra day was very rude and snappy on the phone with me. The lady on duty when we arrived at night was very very nice. But when I extended stay and attempted to use express checkin was not knowledgeable about the policy. Online it said they could send a digital key to my mobile device. I wasn’t feeling well and was locked out of the room. But she said they don’t do that, that I had to come down for a new key. The restaurant we went to for breakfast was across the street so it was a long walk or a drive to get there. They ran out of certain food items everyday unless you arrived early. The ice machines were broken so we always had to go to other buildings for ice throughout our stay. (5nights total)

The food and location was great. The staff was wonderful for the most part. The view, pools, hot tubs, lazy river, room, balcony with chairs,& the beach were all fantastic. Anything you need or want to do is right in the area within a mile at the most.

The breakfast restaurant was across the street so we had to drive there since I’m disabled. We didn’t find out until the last day that they had bacon. It’s just that you had to come early or they ran out. The ice machines were either broken or empty in our building. So we kept having to go to other buildings to get ice. When we arrived on Saturday night, there was no parking anywhere except on another street where there was metered parking. The only good thing was that handicapped parking was allowed at any metered spot for free. But it was only after most ppl checked out on Sunday or Monday that we had ample parking available.

The location was great. Everything I needed was close by. The farthest I needed to go was maybe 15 minutes away to the mall. Everything else was on the same street or the next street over, within 2-3 minutes. All of the leisure activities were great from the hot tub, to the pools, to the beach were awesome. The food was very good at the breakfast restaurant and the staff was very friendly.

Tom (front desk night agent) was not kind or professional at all. I've spoken to the manager about it and hopefully he shows more kindness and better customer service to the next guests who needs his assistance. The rooms in what I guess is the middle building were great but the hallways and outward appearance of the doors need to be updated, painted, or maintenance to look more appealing. The carpets also need to be cleaned in the outer hallways.

I didn't like the parking too much. I also didn't like that the Rose Room for breakfast was not attached to the resort and we had to walk across the street to access it.

I loved that the room was located right on the beach and included a balcony that could be accessed from the living room or the bedroom. The view of the beach and the street was great. There was a full kitchen with plates and cups. The staff was friendly at the Rose Room for breakfast. The bed was comfortable and clean. The pool and spa were relaxing.

The toilet ran the entire time unless you jiggle the handle. the bathtub Is ran the entire time we were there running water .The refrigerator was very loud. The light in the living room was crooked like it was going to fall down and the the shaide was cracked. There was a large piece of plaster on the ceiling hanging down in the living room.

Location is perfect! This was the 2nd year in a row we have stayed here. The pool area is great to just hang out in. Great job with set up.

The shower leaks water making annoying droplet noice all day and night. minimal access to luggage bin having to part way across the street in the rain. Found one large roach in the bathroom. The exit only door by the cleaning room downstairs is jammed while trying to get out from the stairway. Second floor window at stairway blowed open by storm winds causing flooded walkway. Room was nice but not cleaned, Had spiderwebs in corners of room behind each bed and desk also behind the refrigerator. Caulking coming apart at base plate of entrance hallway of the room. Freezer/Fridge was not cleaned out from last visitor.

I like the Quiet atmosphere. Not busy traffic in the area. Plenty of bath towels. Location for the area of interest was excellent. Access to food and beach was excellent all in walking distance.

The hallway seemed outdated from the paint and carpet and the small bathroom but that wasn't an issue to me. The bed wasn't comfy only reason the middle of the bed was sunken in it felt like too many couples were enjoying each other if you know what I mean lol. But overall I would return I had a blast!!

This was my first time at Myrtle Beach and I had a blast.I enjoyed the view of the beach and the the breakfast in the am. The room had a kitchen and nice fridge no issues far as that. The staff were very nice and helpful.
