We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

United States of AmericaI was assigned room 165 which should not be a usable guest room. It is RIGHT next to an outside door which SLAMS shut as people enter and exit all through the night and starting at 5am. When I arrived, The front desk couldn’t find my reservation even though I got a confirmation email house before checking in. She made me feel so uncomfortable that there was no way I was going to ask for a different room. Also my room wasn’t serviced until well after 3:30. Which was a little late in the day to do any good. I brought guests to my room at 2:30 and it was still not made up. Basically I expected much better customer service and a stinger commitment to quality from a Double Tree property. So I now feel paying a little more to stay with this brand of hotel really isn’t worth it, it’s not really a prime brand anymore…
Breakfast was good, location was close to my even, lots to do in the immediate surrounding area, felt safe.

We stayed one night, in town to visit friends. The location was perfect. The room was large, clean, quiet, and comfortable. The breakfast was adequate, but nothing special. We included it in the price of the room, saving us some money.

United KingdomThe breakfast was a bit of disappointment. A very small choice of food in buffet but everything I tried was tasty. It's expensive compare to breakfasts served in Europe but I guess it's expected.
The location is convenient if you are on a business trip and need to stay in Campbell area of San Jose. The hotel is next to several shops and bars/restaurants which is a bonus. Clean and spacious rooms, friendly staff. Car park is in front of the hotel, it can be busy though.

United States of AmericaNo bell service to assist with luggage. Limited luggage cart and none available when checking out. Elevator was slow. Somewhat difficult to park due to limited spaces, I don’t think hotel checks if non-guests park in some of the spots.
Size of rooms was great! Good location to places to eat. Relatively quiet. Clean and updated.

The location of this hotel was excellent -- walking distance to great shops, restaurants and even a Trader Joes! The hotel room was large and the bathroom was clean and updated. We used the pool and hot tub, and both were great.

United States of AmericaThe pool area was a bit untidy. Trash on the ground. Wet dirty towels on lounge chairs just left behind. The pull out bed had a dirty sheet on it(one call to the front desk took care of it).
Location was excellent. We are from out of town and visit Campbell often. The property is in our favorite area and in walking distance of many shops, restaurants, and recreation. Room was spacious and pull out bed was a great added bonus. Plus, early check in was available! Katy, Sean, Nicolas thank you.

United States of AmericaDidn't like not having no microwave. Someone finally told us we could have one the day before we were leaving. Didn't like not having a breakfast included with our stay. We paid quite a high price. Didn't like absolutely that there were no laundry facilities. We were really disappointed in this Hilton Hotel. Frankly I wouldn't stay here again unless they change those things. I do plan on talking to the manager in the next few days about my stay. Thank you Anita Hendrickson
