    Multiple problems with the room (pillow case left on the bathroom counter, poor shower drainages, amenities not restocked, poor sound proof and heard noises and doors slamming from the hallway). Wifi was spotty despite this hotel being a business friendly one. Terrible customer service, the parking machine was not working and the front desk was extremely rude and unhelpful in addressing the issue. Did not acknowledge my concern or the problem and made the guest walk back and forth from the parking lot twice to check if the machine and the phone were working, when the issue could have been simply resolved by issuing a parking ticket. She was very rude and this delayed our check out process

    The hot tub was low on water and below the skimmer so water was not being filtered to sit in, just heated water no filtration? and still being used by people that don't know better. I asked 2 times for them to add water but it didn't happen? The shower valve was broken and only cold/warm water was coming out so not a good shower.

    parking was $30 fee, to utilize a microwave was a $10 fee (luckily ours was waived because we waited over 25 min to get one brought up to us thank you to Robert at the front desk for waiving the fee), tv was an old LG 35” inch flat screen with a remote that did not work so we had to press the tv buttons even after exchanging the remote, no fridge, gate access that we paid $30 for parking did not work so we had to get our cards rescanned and press the help button so many times just to get access, showers water pressure was low, bed was subpar and a bit uncomfortable.

    Bathtub wasn't cleaned well prior to stay. Shower pressure was terrible. Bath towels just smelled like Bleach. Bed didn't have a fitted sheet

    Wifi not in room I wanted for work. That was frustrating since I packed up my laptop & briefcase & carried them across the street with my suitcase. then could not use it. Poor customer service at front desk, employee was kurt with me and lacked tact. Deferred maintenance and other peoples hair on bathroom floor. It’s a small thing to many perhaps, but for me, that caused a lot of anxiety. I specifically chose a room with breakfast included. Did not have time to sit down due to work, was not permitted to get anything to go (asked for bagel or toast). Was told I could wait in line to buy something at Starbucks if I wanted it to go. One person at the entire restaurant, they were not busy.

    Location. Amenities I’m told are nice but of no use to me on business. Room was very spacious, had great layout & balcony with nice sunset. Linens & pillows were excellent. Coffee maker & fridge in room worked & ice machine down hall. App for check in & out & keyless entry, map of hotel & ability to choose room with phone was convenient.

    when you walk into the halls and I to the rooms, they are outdated and dirty. our room had visibly dirty sheets with holes in them. the whole room stunk like really bad BO.

    as soon as you walk into the lobby, it looks clean and the staff is helpful. the lobby looks renovated.

    room smelled like cigarettes. loud fan noise and tiles were pushed up in the ceiling by the bathroom sink. also the soap in the dispenser in the shower was empty.

    The hotel was dirty. The bathroom had mold and dirt and it felt so gross to even shower. We have stayed here so many times and honestly they have gone downhill. I wish we could get our money back. We should have stayed in a motel 6. I would really appreciate a call back and a refund. We have photos and videos. This is just unacceptable.

    $300 to stay on a dirty hotel with moldy shower. I feel completely ripped off .

    Cleaning better was pretty dirty.

    I was very disappointed due to there being a stain on our sheets and the wall was dirty.. splashed with mud or something.

    Room had numerous issues, leaky sink, no trash bags in trashcans, no ice in any vending machine on any floor, all water was out in vending. No in room fridge, low quality bathroom amenities. Elevators not working. Room privacy was lacking with a 1 inch gap from bottom door to the hallway, allowing huge noise to leak in and out. When someone closed a door within your rooms vicinity, it sounded like our door was being opened and closed... We had to put a towel in the inch gap to try and dampen the noise but it didn't do much.

    First floor and guest check in area was nice, everything past that upon scrutiny didn't hold up to a 3 star rating.

    Considering value for money - this is one of the worst hotels I've ever stayed. They charge ~$300 for a room and don't even bother making it every day (supposedly you need to book that in advance). $300 in 3 star hotel for a old shabby room where only $14 breakfast is included is beyond my comprehension.

    There was no room service. Also, no luggage rack or shower cap. I tried to call front desk but no answer. Hotel is very old looking, rooms need to be upgraded.

    I had to park elsewhere, and had a view of the parking lot, downstairs looks very nice but the rooms seriously need a remodel. I’ll be staying elsewhere in the future.
