Front desk staff was unreliable and couldn’t communicate to other staff that our room didn’t have curtains. Cleaning supplies and dirty towels were left in the room. When we returned to the hotel around midnight the curtains still weren’t on and when I walked into the lobby is smelled like weed. The staff’s solution to the curtain issue was to use our top sheet as the curtain if we wanted privacy.

The property and rooms are very rundown and dirty. The pool wasn’t even accessible. The staff not much experience or education within the hospitality industry. normal necessities were scarce such as toilet paper, shampoo, and soap. Webpage for property, misleading not at all what it look like or represent it.

The worst place ever! We booked a room through booking.com, paid for it and came to check in. The “manager” told that our payment is pending, so we should pay again or go find another place. What is “funny” - none of our 5 credit cards were accepted, despite they are fine. After disputing he made a call to “a supervisor” (who is his mom), and she told that she will call a customer support in the morning and now she can’t help. She was rude and wasn’t going to even try to solve the problem. It was 10:30 pm and we stayed on the street, with no refund (refund came in the morning after a claim to booking.com) There was another visitor with same problem, that none of the cards were accepted (denied payment) and the manager also argued with him

Sticky floors, Sticky counters, NO FUCKING NAME ON BUILDING, NAME ON BUILDING IS 15 FEET HIGH SAYING ECONO LODGE - WHEN REPORTED TO STAFF I GOT A SHRUG AFTER DRIVING AROUND THE HIGHWAY CONSTRUCTION WASTED HOURS Police cars blocking drive ways, followed by a drunk banging on my door after just finally getting to sleep. Door to room security a joke, door chain completely gone... and obvious to me a twelve year old with a tire iron could breakin i a minute........ scarring and space on door frame indicate more than once this was done as well as kicked in

This place is grimy and dirty. There were flies in our room when we entered. Our tables, desks and dresser all had a nasty film on them in addition to 20-30 cigarette burns in them. We couldn’t cancel and book elsewhere, had to go to Target buy all new bedding and sanitizing spray and wipes just to have this room be kind of inhabitable for the 3 days we stayed. Luckily we only were there at night to sleep and out the rest of the day. Also this is an Econolodge.

The reception said the property did get the find from booking.com, when I showed him that the transaction from booking.com to my credit card had gone through, he said he doesn't care and I need to pay again for the reservation, I have to call booking.com to solve the problem. It's just ridiculous. When booking.com called, they were didn't pickup and then claimed the problem is not resolved. After checking in, the air conditioner didn't work, but no other room is available, so I to stay with a room in. August without air conditioning not even a fan.

We had a terrible night stay, guests next to us were very noisy in the middle of the night and there was a dog barking for extended periods of time. There were all kinds of extraneous traffic noise well into the night.

Nothing the hotel is at fault for. Going South on 405 from two pm to ever is VERY SLOW and miserable!!

The pool doesn’t work. We stayed there for 5 nights and it wasn’t fixed even then. The worst thing is that there is laundry with washer and dryer, but there’s NOT even single opportunity to get laundry detergent at vending machines or front desk. And it seems like people been washing their clothes without any soap for long period of time and then drying it so everything looks soo dirty(((

It was nice a have a little garden nearby. Ice making machine.

don't offer a facility with capacity for 3 beds (Adult size) if there don't exist

Overnight stop off prior to flight - the reception staff were very helpful in meeting our needs - we required 3 beds for 4 adults - although we booked a room with 2 x queens beds and a sofa bed in the lounge - there were no such rooms within this complex - the reception staff did everything they could, but did not have the authority to make the changes themselves so I rebooks 2 rooms and the reception staff managed the rest

First, it’s an Econolodge & booking.com darkened the sign. It was filthy & filled w smokers. The pool was disgusting. I had to pay twice bc booking.com didn’t get their money to hotel so I had to pay again and after an hour on phone w booking.com they told front desk guy they’d refund my money and they NEVER did. Bad bad marketing from booking.com!!! Second, the bridge is out so it takes 2 exits south (exit 9 off 405) to get there. No Ubers or taxis would pick us up! Stay away!!

They overbooked and didn’t have enough housekeeping. My room wasn’t ready until 10 pm. They also said they’d give partial reimbursement and never did. Staff said they were overbooked for the next night as well, because of booking.com. I was lucky to get my room, others not so much. Tons of guests who had reservations were turned away.

We dropped our luggage off earlier in the morning at reception and on return in the afternoon the reception told us that the booking had been cancelled & Inn at Lake Washington was fully booked and that we had to reload all our luggage in the car and find other accommodation!!! A VERY bad experience from booking.com!! I’m extremely disappointed!
