The staff always watching and making comments. Also just felt some staff wanted to get as much money out of me as possible.

I liked the easiness to book and pay. The location was perfect for me during that time but not greatest area.

Overly priced for this old motel. Old thin comforter. Pillows were flat. The heater /AC unit sounded like a semi warming up outside the window. Thankfully it heated the room. No switch to turn on the fan in the bathroom. No tissues.

Staff was friendly. Plenty of light in the parking area. McDonald's was comfortable walking distance. Some of the units look like they are being remodeled so maybe there is hope in the future for this place.

The fact that they didn't have mini fridges and no microwaves,in the room. In all fairness the staff told me that the property was under new ownership so I can understand the transition part, so overall I think it will get better once they get established!

The staff was friendly and I appreciate them letting me use their house microwave! Of course the area it's located in is considered a transit area of Albuquerque! Excellent channels on the television! I just recently transferred back to Albuquerque with my job so it suited my needs until I got my own place.

I wasn't told about the deposit before I got there but I was told to bring my receipt to check out in the morning and I'd receive my deposit back. It's been over a week and still no deposit returned! The room could have been cleaned better. There was something on the curtain that was very disturbing along with the bed spread had cigarette burns on it even though it was a non smoking room. The lock for the door was broken and didn't seem very secure or safe. The shower head was really short and was hard to take a shower. Also the shower door was broken and didn't shut correctly. Had to be rigged closed to not make a mess.

I did like the fact that the AC was on prior to me arriving so it was nice and cool in my room on arrival. The view of the city to the west was a pleasant one.

Homeless slept on stairs and got high in clear view of staff. Staff only spoke to them to warn them about bike theives in the area while they were in the process of using drugs. This happened in my presence.

There was no breakfast.wafflr house is closed. No wifi in my room.Paid for 4 nights only stayed one night. 4/5/23 - 4/6/23.Motel approved our departure gave back deposit and said booking.com would give us our $126.00 refund for the 3 nights. Have not received refund.

The front desk worker was rude, unhelpful, and nasty. Too, they required $100 deposit that they did not return. I'm relocating, and stay in motels a lot. This is the first time a motel kept my deposit, and without a reason. Too, the business is not forthcoming with their reasons why either.
