The exterior lighting was not turned on! When I inquired on the second night I was told the lighting was not working. “They know about it but haven’t fixed it. I told her it’s dangerous to not have the exterior lighting on. Then I said maybe a breaker was off as well as saying I was going to reach out to the management. Then she went behind the curtain and I went back to our table and low and behold the lights were on. Also, upon arriving around 5:30 the first night there were no lights on around or over the front desk. I looked up and said oh there are lights. She just stared at me! Otherwise everything was great. As a business owner myself I thought you would like to know. It was the same person checking us in as well as the nights the lights were not turned on. 10 /16 & 17 and they were on the 18th. 😊

The receptionist, a woman with short, shoulder-length hair and glasses with sharp rabbit teeth in front of her, seemed more reluctant to answer guests' questions, more unhelpful than her duty as she sat in front of the counter and answered questions unwillingly with an expression on her face. Unlike the male receptionist with a sharp face who greets us very late at night, he welcomes us with determination and excitement, and quickly. Unfortunately, I always encounter female receptionists who don't welcome guests. Therefore, I gave the hotel a rating that was not as impressive as it should have been.

The hotel is conveniently located to travel everywhere and is reasonably clean.

Beware of the large room on the mezzanine level, with large windows looking out over the street, as a single woman i did not feel secure being on show. However, I was able to change the room.

Staff are very helpful. Bed is wonderful and hotel is very clean. Appreciated the free coffee available at all times. Location is excellent.

Parking is not adequate and you are asked to be blocked in by other cars. Parking is also expensive, especially for the experience.

shower didnt really have hot water. it did have luke warm. the hotel was a bit run down, definitely needs renovation. some insects in the shower.

The staff wasn't that friendly and when we arrived there was no one at the front desk, had to wait for a while. Parking costs extra.

Was prepaid on Booking.com. Hotel required a $100 deposit at check-in and charged my card an additional $40–why? Clerk Doug acknowledged it was prepaid and there wasn’t a minibar tab or any other expense.

The room was clean and comfortable the day I checked and in. Then no body cleaned or offered to clean our room, bath room. We have to ask for towels. We have to ask for towels and coffee, tee bags. Our linen was not changed three days
