Pool area in BAD shape

The communication about the breakfast, resulted in us showing up 10 min before closing. Staff was friendly but the remainings of the breakfast buffet was not impressive.

Our first room had an ant problem. We reported the issue and moved to another room with no issues.

Very beautiful hotel in Downtown Portland. Clean and secure. Walking distance to waterfront and pioneer place. Loved to pool, hot tub and sauna! Gym was pretty spacious and well maintained equipment. Hot breakfast in the morning with made to order omelets!!!! Evening happy hour reception too! Would definitely stay again.

The room was much smaller than we expected. The main light switch did not turn on the bedside lamps (the only lights in the room) and the USB ports in the bedside lamps failed to charge the phones. There was no chair in the room.

The hotel was convenient to the train ($10 taxi fare) but the neighbourhood was, I felt, run down. It was convenient to Portland's public transport system (Trams, trollies and busses)

There was nothing I needed changed. We had an excellent, large room with comfortable beds. I would recommend getting a room that is not on the interior if you don't want to have a view of just the other building wings. We had a top floor end unit, so we had a view of the city.

Very Cool Old-School Hotel with new hotel Amentities. The Beds were Very Comfortable. The evening reception was a nice way to end the day, and the on-site restaurant was quite good. The morning breakfast had lots of good options, and made-to-order omelettes available.

Couch bed was awful the room had little things I didn't like about it like no fan in the bathroom . Was not informed about snack time in cafeteria at 5 hated delegating key cards to get on and off of elevators and cost to much for my dog and parking.

A little cleaner and of course more staff would have been great, but understandably short staffed due to blizzard.

The heating was very temperamental, I kept having to restart it to keep it going.

What I don’t like from the property and the room I was staying it was bad because when I was taking a shower, it was a lot of water outside of the shower and to the floor and we had to use the towels of the water not go around at the bathroom that was one of the main issues they told me because is all property of floor 80 years old that’s what they saying. I don’t know if it’s true or not. Also, they laughed the soap setting and the chair and the tattoo the manager about these and they told me they were going to take care and they never did it they left it again, somebody laughed it before me arriving to the room there was somebody soap with the hair and that was disgusting for me

The property it was a good location good place and it was so beautiful inside my family and my kids like a lot

The valet service almost broke the ignition in our car by trying jam the wrong key in the ignition, we waited 30 mins for the car to be returned The valet didn’t have the common sense to talk to his colleagues about the keys until we asked what was going on. The fob is not complicated. We were told that he was new and they would “talk to him” We were late for our appointment
