You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments

- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

My only complaint was that The bed in Room 319 that we stayed in was very worn in the center and with 2 people sleeping on the bed You both roll into each other ,I did not get any sleep During my stay Also we were told that we would have access to the gym and pool area prior to our stay And when we arrived we were told that the pool was closed due to maintenance and so was the workout room. Other than that, our stay was good.
The atmosphere was very calm and relaxing. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. The inside of the building was very cleadd, the breakfast was phenomenal.

The staff was very welcoming. The facilities such as the lobby furniture, carpeting and areas in the common area were ragged, frayed and looked dirty. The pool and fitness center were closed and there was a paper sign indicating elevator problems. This is not what is expected from a Hilton/Embassy Suites property. The room was spacious and comfortable.

Room was larger then expected. We were in Seattle for my 7 year olds birthday. The staff went the extra mile & set aside some milk cookies on the table. Easy check in & check out.

Everything was fine.
Check-in was quick and efficient. Buffet breakfast is great and staff there are friendly and helpful. Room was clean, bed was comfortable. Bathroom with shower was good.

This is the second time we've stayed here and asked for a wake-up call and didn't get one I think you shouldn't offer that if you can't do it
Breakfast buffet is excellent. Also, last time we stayed here there was no dinner available. This time there was the complementary cocktail and snacks.as well as dinner We LOVED the Mediterranean chicken dish!

weekend breakfast timing didn't work out for our group (to late in the day) I was over charged for parking my vehicle

Fees for airport pick-up when offered as airport friendly and all adjacent properties offer. Clearly assumed this should be in the booking or something to opt in or about of at time of booking.

I always come to this property because I like it overall but this trip I had a bad experience.. it’s not safe to leave the gates open there for people to come and go into the parking areas (it’s been open for 2 weeks), as someone drove up next to me while I was walking to my car and tried to cut me off and block me so they could harass me but I quickly turned and walked back to the entrance of the hotel.

I thought this hotel had a free shuttle to the airport. But, when we arrived & called from Sea-Tac, they told me that as of Oct 1st (8 days prior) they stopped providing free shuttle. You had to pay $10 each way. On the way back to the airport the next day, the shuttle driver had called in sick, so they called me a Lyft free of charge - that was nice!
Room and bed was very comfortable. Front desk person was very nice and personable.

The elevators were having issues during our stay. We were on a middle floor, so the thought of having to tote my luggage up and down the stairs was not great. Thankfully, we did not get stuck and we never needed to use the stairwell; but there were long wait times for the rides up and down.
The hotel overall has been well maintained over the years. The rooms were comfortable for the price and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was a great addition. The customer service was excellent and the staff we encountered were friendly.

We had a great stay here after staying one night here earlier in our trip! It was nice to be familiar with the hotel and room and location. The rooms were spacious and beds were comfortable! Easy access to the interstate for quick and convenient travel in the area. Tasty breakfast!

Great location near airport and rental car pick up and return area at Sea Tac. We came in super late on our flight and we were able to check into our room late with no problem! Room was spacious and beds were comfortable. Easy access to the interstate for traveling.
