Incredible location right in the perfect spot in Venice Beach, lots of nice bars and restaurants close by and one road away from the beach. There are some good facilities available to hire/borrow from reception but we didnt know about the bikes until we had rented some of our own! We got upgraded to a fantastic suite which was huge! The room we had was spacious and comfortable. I liked the little touches they give you. The rooftop is also something you absolutely have to check out. Its pricy but worth it for the location and facilities. No breakfast included.

Great location by the beach. Spacious room. Offered free coffee and water.

the location and amenity offerings allowed us to take advantage of the area. walked to great restaurants and shopping on Abbott Kinney, biked the boardwalk and enjoy the beach! the staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. the rooftop is a must!

Germany21 Reviews2 helpful votes“Overpriced but close to the VB”Awfully loud due to homeless and drunk people, bathroom doors were sliding sideways and had a big gap making everybody see way to much (if you are not a family or very close friends you may not like it), finally there's only one slow elevator servicing all floors and all rooms - expect a LOONG queue.
Only two things worth anything were location close to the Venice Beach (one of friends we traveled with fancied that) and the roof terrace they have that has a nice view of the beach and the Ocean (if you ignore the view of nearby buildings and trash).

Although our room was small, it had a little bit of everything: Entertainment, nice bathroom, music, view of the ocean (side view), great bed, fridge, and convenience to just about everywhere. Great place to stay close to Santa Monica without paying Santa Monica prices.
