Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.

There was a very small selection for a gluten free breakfast. The need to book the shuttle bus in the morning was not well explained in the poster. The carpets were a bit "tired".
Staff were very helpful and went out of their way to help us. We loved the shuttle bus. That was an excellent facility in getting to and from the airport. Free WIFI. An included breakfast was a bonus. The shuttle bus staff were lovely. Lovely hot showers. Close to a selection of restaurants for an evening meal.

I didn't like that. The room was so expensive and it was a smaller room. There was no couch there. Only 2 Queen beds and very close quarters. I feel it was too expensive
I like that they had an indoor pool. I also like that. They had coffee all throughout the day. I. Also liked that they had a real continental breakfast. My kids really like that I. Also like the fact that they had a workout facility. And the person who served the breakfast was very sweet, a kind young lady. She really cared about. How the breakfast was and how the guests were treated during breakfast.

One elevator and it was small. So you had to wait awhile for it and if you had a cart with suitcases it was hard to fit anyone else in there. The beds were kind if hard and I know it's a Best Western thing but I hate the square little pillows.
The breakfast was very good. Lots of choices. Great location in relation to the airport and even not far from downtown Nashville.

No micorwave. Honestly no real complaints.
Very clean and the breakfast has a lot of options. The hotel was very accommodating and very friendly. I was so nervous about staying out of state and to my surprise it was a pleasant stay.

We paid to stay at a place with a pool and the pool was running but the heating element was out. Water was freezing cold and my kids could not enjoy it. This was a main amenity we looked forward to. This should have been brought to our attention upon booking.
Outside the hotel looks a bit outdated which was concerning but upon entering, it exceeded our expectations!

Being picky here—- hot tub would be nice - hard to find one in Nashville.
Great breakfast. Great price.clean. Received a “heads up” call that the elevator was out (which was not a big deal due to the size of the hotel).

03:18 am in the morning the blue dumpster was slammed to the ground by the trash truck. As a patron this is unacceptable. I informed the front desk upon checkout as it’s possible that they weren’t aware so you may call that company and request times when people aren’t sleeping to collect the trash. Now that you are aware I hope you can get this fixed for future guests.
The location was great as it was close to the airport and I was flying out the next day.

Lack of a comfortable chair for viewing the TV or reading. Maybe a loveseat size sofa. Breakfast shuts down early. The to the pool needs repair. Specifically the problem is when departing the pool area. Twice I had to go out through the back parking lot and enter the an outside door.

We checked in during a busy time & there was only one person working the front. We had to wait a little longer to check in.
The mattresses were very comfortable! So much so I called the hotel back to try to find out debts they were.

The location was convenient, the area was safe and quiet, and the free parking was welcome. Our room was spacious, clean, and the beds were very comfortable. The air conditioning was reasonably quiet and easy to regulate. The breakfast was exceptional with a variety of hot and cold menu selections. Our breakfast attendant/host, Adelita was wonderfully diligent in replenishing the food supplies and keeping the dining area spotless. She greeted us cheerfully each morning of our four day stay, and ensured our dining needs were met.
