Breakfast was very bad

Breakfast was poor. Hated the plastic cutlery and paper plates. Cooked breakfast had very few choices, scrambled eggs (good), boiled eggs (cold), some sort of meat - day 1 bacon (ok), day 2, some sort of burger (awful), day 3, Canadian Bacon, which was like smoked ham (didn't even try it), the only other thing was potato wedges, but only on day 1 and they were cold. Toast machine was good, but trying to butter toast with a plastic knife was a pain and trying to cut the toast with said knife was even harder. There was cereals and waffles, but I didn't try them. There was fruit, I took a banana once to eat later, but when I came to eat it, it was black and rotting through the middle. Tea and coffee was ok, but there was no hot water for tea left when I tried on the last day.

Location was the big thing, close to everything I wanted to see.

We didn't have hot water on March 12th. As a result, I was told the hotel was going to reimburse us for that night and give us points. Then when I called today to follow up on being charged for that night after being told we weren't going to. I was then told we were only going to be given points.

The room was really cold and no way to adjust the heat.

We were placed in an ADA room in which the water from the shower ran into the center of the bathroom and near bathroom entrance.

Picture on facility out of date, facilities are kind of old. Check in process can be slow when there are more than 1 guest waiting, and lobby area is small.

Clean bathroom and hotel room. Decent location next to lots of subway stops.

- small rooms - the white walls in the hotel room were depressing - no trash cans in the room - no trash cans in the hallways - the housekeeper did not clean the room well and cleaned the room very late (the biggest complaint). - terrible view

- The staff were friendly throughout the stay. - The rooms were cleaned daily, not every other day.

Unfortunately the deposit taken off my credit has yet to be credited. On check in I was advised 14 days. Then checking out I was advised 14- 21 days . When I emailed after 21 days I was advised it takes 45 days to receive deposit back.. So be aware when paying with international credit card ...

The staff and facilities were great and breakfast selection was perfect...

Overall was good except other people staying do not understand concept of not needing to slam door to rooms, specially after 10pm. Was constantly happening each night of our stay.

Breakfast was a bun fight - food not restocked very quickly and not enough tables Ordered a private taxi through hotel and they charged us an extra $30 than we were told. We brought this up with hotel and they didn’t resolve it.

Great price for the location.,12pm checkout was also greatly appreciated. Staff was polite and courteous. I used the lounge are to do some work after I checked out.

Hallways did not have adequate heat. Only two elevators for 18 floors. No service elevator so we were stuck waiting for long periods a few times because housekeeping was using BOTH elevators. Breakfast room was inadequate for the number of guests. During peak hours, there are no empty tables and many guests were seen heading back to their guestrooms. It would be nice to have a small fridge in the room.

Comfortable room and bed. Great bathroom/shower.
