Absolutely filthy. We had to go to walmart and buy a new bedset just to sleep there. The bedd was covered in stains and cigarette burns. Floors were dirty. Shower was dirty and had a hole in the wall like someone punched it. Chairs in the room were covered in stains. Absolutely the grossest room we’ve ever stayed in.

No bed was gross and broken. The walls were full of holes and were disgusting. Beyond gross. The rug was wet and stunk real bad. The room had a dead mouse inside and full of flies. No exaggeration.

Was worst experience I have ever had renting a hotel room ever. Cockroaches everywhere, green fur and black spore mold on the wall, ceiling, and furniture. Even the bed skirting had green mold on it. Manager did nothing at all to remedy this, was told to come back in the morning for a refund and then in the morning was told "nothing we can do". Wasn't even given an apology when I explained the conditions! None of the photos listed online look even remotely like anything there on site. This place should be shut down by health inspector. Any booking site should take this location off there list.. I'm still trying for a refund considering I ended up sleeping in my car as it was too late to travel. And wasn't even able to use the shower.

Please thank entire staff for their professionalism, efficient check -in as I traveled a long distance and arrived later than expected, and for exceptionally clean accommodations. I was so pleased with tv reception, ice machine accessibility, and mini fridge and microwave in room!!!😀

The place is a dump and that’s putting it nicely!!! Not clean, furniture broken, paint peeling off the walls, BUGS, not friendly or helpful staff and the icing on the cake the shower from upstairs poured into our room and we slipped on the soaking wet bathroom floor. I can’t even begin to tell you how bad the first room they tried to give us was….. OH and the bathtub was so disgusting I wouldn’t even shower there. SAVE YOUR MONEY, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. I have a video of the water pouring into the room.

The blankets were very inadequate and made of very inferior quality plastic. Very few soap and cosmetic amenities. No maid service was offered. The plastic lampshades were cracked and looked like they were produced badly in the 20 Century. The TV could not be properly manipulated. All the lights were not plugged into the the wall sockets but when plugged in they worked and lit up. The microwave was filthy and I was fearful of its safety. The refrigerator likewise was filthy. All in all a very unsatisfactory experience.

I had asked for a sofa or roll away bed so we would each have our own beds. Nothing was available once we got there. The first bed was unmade and had cigarette burns on the sheets and bed cover. The toilet was running and could be heard as you came into the room. The tub had a ring around it. We left the room and asked for our money back. He stated booking.com would have to as we made reservations through them.

Everything is the worst Hotel ever..

Unfortunately this place was like the D day worst nightmare ever, , the facilities were like a abandoned hotel, big bugs walking around, no lights working, the carpet was so filter and dirty that we couldn't walk bear foot, and the bathroom we didn't take shower, no way no how our could even bear to shower in the disgusting bathroom, listen most of times we don't follow reviews, but listen to me, if you see 2 + 3 just check out and judge yourself, I hope this helps out yu Thinn‽

Our room #104 was disgusting!! Walked into a bad smelling rm. Stains on the walls. Mold on the ceiling in bathroom broken wall mirror, box spring had mold, stained sheets on the bed, burn holes on the furniture, broken tiling on the floor refrigerator desperately needed defrosted. Went and complained nothing was done. We left came back to the rm later that evening then saw many little flies flying around in the rm. Went and complained again so they gave us another rm..they called it the Managers rm. It was a little cleaner bed was very uncomfortable. I will NEVER stay at this hotel again I wished I could get my money back for that stay.

There was a bed in the room. A TV that had no way to switch channels without going through them all. I wasn't very clean. I was to meet a woman there. She had something come up. I'm glad she didn't see the room. In the room there was a bed . Two end tables. Not much else.. I had to stay there that night. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Picture on booking.com are not from this hotel unless they are from when the hotel first opened Your website said continental breakfast there was no breakfast and we did not get $2 off by paying online the shower was to hot the walls were too thin you could hear someone snoring in the next room as if they were in the room with us we want a full refund no smoke detector tv only had a couple of channels the room was filthy microwave burnt inside no coffee maker toilet paper holder and towel rack were broken the hair drier did not work sheets had cigarette burns and it was a nonsmoking room and smells like smoking room only had the end of a roll of toilet paper on the toilet tank the vent in the bathroom did not work walls and ceiling were peeling paint rug in the room looks and feels like it had never been clean I could meet going but I just want a full refund

they never let us check in. The office was closed upon arrival and no one responded to either of the doorbells. I drove from Florida to Connecticut, and I am booked in advance to ensure no hassle of upon arrival. I ended up having to go down the street to get a room elsewhere.
