There was an odor in the room similar to a locker room. Kinda musty. Almost like they used the same rag to clean ALL the rooms.

Very noisy, kids running and screaming early in the morning, we had to get up and Conrad day shift staff which were clueless and don’t offer any help

NO elevator. All our bags and cooler had to be taken up flights of stairs. If no elevator have a bell hop for those that desire it. Seems cheesy but some people have hurt body parts and are unable to carry bags up flights of stairs and no available rooms down stairs we were told.

Nice remodel. Cozy. Love the amenities and access to them.

The beds were way too hard for my comfort but I was so exhausted it wasn't too much of a problem. Also, not sure if it's a new trend in hotels but there was no hand soap (little bars) to wash hands after using the restroom. They did have shampoo and body wash.

The staff was great! We did a last minute reservation due to bad weather/storms so there were no ground floor rooms left (a family member has bad arthritis in her knee) but the staff worked with me to assist as best they could, including switching rooms so that I could park next to an entrance and have a room right near the top of the stairs. They also have luggage carts you can use to bring everything in from your car in one trip. And overall the location was convenient right off the freeway and there are late night restaurants open nearby, including a drive through Mexican spot right next to it. Oh and they are dog friendly. I ran into some cool 4 legged friends while there!

Everything was great!

I stay here frequently and I can tell you that it is a very, very pleasant stay. The front desk staff is superb, as is the entire crew at the property. I would like to mention Serenity because she is always so awesome and has a fabulous disposition for a manager. The rooms are very nice and spacious. The newer accommodations they are getting in the lobby with the coffee, snacks, and apparel are terrific!

Would like some compensation

I loved the hotel itself and the location was great! Staff was wonderful except for one of the front desk would come out everytime when we were on balcony and scream "are you smoking weed""....... I found that very rude and harrassing.. when all we were doing was enjoying the outside and views!!! Second was we were called and said they had to get in our room due to a leak...So of course I said ok no problem... WAS told it was fixed... NEXT DAY AT 1020AM A KNOCK ON DOOR AND ONCE AGAIN MAINTENANCE SAYING THEY NEED IN TO TOTALLY FIX LEAK..WAS IN OUR ROOM TILL ALMOST 1... COULDNT SHOWER OR DO ANYTJING...VERY FRUSTRATING!!!!

The facilites were a bit outdated and the AC was very noisy during the night. The location is not ideal, but still close to Grand Canyon NP.

This was a good value for money. The staff is nice and the bed is very comfortable. They don’t offer breakfast but they give a 10% discount in the sports bar next door.

The shower floor is angled to drain into the bathroom and then entryway a have to place towels on floor as barrier to keep water in the shower room. Also we had 4 in our party and only enough towels for two people.

Didn’t have an elevator. Not a deal breaker but would have sorted out bags for 2 parties differently. Should be notified of this at the onset.

Clean with easy access to freeway. Good value. Staff was cordial.
