The bathroom was rough. The walls were very dirty, rusty fixtures, tub drained too slow, hairs coming up from the drain, bad repair job on the toilet paper fixture and the towels were so old they didn't look clean

I didnt enjoy the fact that after putting a 135$ down for deposit that i would also have to pay a daily parking rate of 50$! I think that if you come to a hotel parking should always be included for anyone as long as they have a room. Ridiculous amount of daily rates for people who have a room. We had to park across the street at anotber hotel lot fot 30$ and i thought that was even more ridiculous that people actually pay for these nice hotels and cant even get the reasonable price for parking at their location.

I enjoyed the beds, got the best sleep.

One of the employees was very rude to me (didn't get his name). During our stay the hotel cards kept on de-magnetizing, whereby we had to go down to the front counter to have them fixed. One night both cards de-magnetized, and naturally we made sure they didn't come close to our wallets or cellphones. We immediately put both of them in the room on the TV stand far from any wallets or cellphones, yet they still de-magnetized and didn't work. I had to go out to run an errand, and after I returned I went to the front counter to have them fixed, however there was an extremely long queue (seemed like a lot of people arrived from the airport) and I assumed already checked-in guests would get preference. Oh not, this little prick very arrogantly told me I need to fall to the back of the queue and wait until it is my turn. So a guest whom already checked in now needs to wait for 40+ minutes just to get back into their room? This seems ridiculous, especially since it takes them less then 30 seconds to fix the card. I was very upset about this decision and also his arrogant response. He clearly had a bad day and made sure I suffered with him. In addition to this, the rooms were not bad, but also were not great. The carpets seemed like they hadn't been cleaned for a very long time!

Edgar's service was nothing short of STELLAR!! He was extremely friendly, very helpful, and he even gave us reduced parking fees as was noted on our booking. He was just such an amazing person to deal with, kudos to him!

Cleaning leaves something to be desired. I found strands of men's hair in the bathroom sink, as well as the quality of the towels was terrible, extremely old

The ice machine was broken there was water all over the floor literally your walking and it’s water coming out the carpet the tv kept shutting off after I spent money on movies and I had to get a room change because the initial room was dirty that they checked me in

Didn’t like the fact that it was $50 per to park you would think when your giving business to the hotel and spending money in the facilities they would give you free parking or some kind of discount .. stayed there many years ago and the rooms could do with a makeover it’s very dated

Upon checking in, we were given a room, which had to go through a very narrow hall way, making it very difficult with our luggage. The room has a window, facing the hall way, so we have to close the curtail at all time for privacy. It reminded us to a motel, yet, this is a proper hotel. The room was noisy from an unknown source. This was a second room we were given, as the first one, the door could not be closed, and the a/c was very noisy. We could also hear the noise from the adjacent room, making it very uncomfortable to us. Upon checking out, which was at 11am, we asked for one hour extension, and were told the cost was $25 for the extension, which was most of the time complimentary at other hotels. Also during lunch time on Sunday, there was no restaurant at the hotel. Had to go the another hotel for lunch.

$50 for overnight parking. Rooms were very small. 2nd floor gave ambiance of a cheap motel, especially the hallway. Bathroom sink water was running low and slow. Shower was stopped up.

Thermostat did not show temperature or settings (dead batteries?), sink did not hold water for shaving. Lights could not be turned off without getting out of bed. Check-in could not be done on-line. General lack of basic maintenance.
