Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments

- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Chicken sausage, yogurt.
Breakfast was good but could be better. The chicken sausage was tough, egg omelette was over done, the yogurt too sweet. The menu should be a variety of hotcakes, French toast.

While about 8 people were seated having breakfast that included hot scrambled eggs, sausage and home fries options, that smelled great, a lady chose to do her spray cleaning of the eating area. She sprayed tables, chairs, lounges and literally turned the air white with the spray disinfectant. I can see cleaning up after guests but she was doing a complete cleaning job while we were trying to enjoy our breakfast. This was rude beyond belief. It ruined the taste of all of our food and coffee.

There wasn’t anything I did not like.
The staff was incredibly friendly. The hotel was very busy with holiday traffic but the staff handled themselves and the not so pleasant guests in a professional manner. The beds were very comfortable and it was a very nice location.

While the continental breakfast options are wonderful, it would be wonderful if establishments would offer turkey products (for those of us that do not eat pork or beef). Lastly, my check out was on a Sunday... I came for breakfast about 9:00am it was NOTHING available but waffles and yogurt. When I asked if eggs and potatoes would be replenished, a staffer said "It should be, but let me check". She went in the kitchen as asked the person that manages and cooks the food. Her response was very RUDE! .. She said "its GONE! "They" at it all". I think the kitchen may have been overwhelmed by a large group that were staying at the hotel. It indeed was a tad hectic. I will admit, I almost went back to my room because the crowd, noise, and disorder was more than I wanted to encounter so early (while on vacay). However, the company knows in advance how many rooms have been booked and should be better equipped to accomodate large crowds. I was NOT apart of the large party, but I feel the kitchen took their frustration out on everyone that happened to be in the area at the same time. It was awful, I ended up having orange juice and a half of waffle (which is not what I wanted, I asked for hashbrowns)... I noticed "after" the large party exited the eating area, MORE food came out; including POTATOES. So, there was more food, but the kitchen "witheld" the food and penalized EVERYONE that happened to come to breakfast at the same time as the large "unruly" party. While I would stay at the hotel again, I hope that kithchen staff are trained to be more professional... Lastly, I ALSO hope that going forward, they are trained NOT to speak so loudly that customers hear their "negative" opinions. I have intentionally omitted the kitchen staffer's name, but the date was Sunday Sept 24. If staff and management read this, it will not be difficult to identify the actual person.

Carpet was stinky, obviously an old carpet. Housekeeping was knocking on the door while we were packing things up at 9:30 a.m. even though check out wasn't until 11:00 a.m. Didn't like the dogs that were roaming around the lobby in the morning - we didnt realize this was a pet-friendly hotel.
Lady at the front desk (Linda?) was very nice and helpful. Beds were comfy and breakfast was as good as we have had in any other hotel. The price was right!

Location was great for heading down south and taking 25 down! Staff is super friendly! Beds and pillows exceeded my expectations!

We didn't like that we had to leave because we really enjoyed our stay!
We liked everything about this hotel. The staff was very friendly and professional. I loved the coffee bar that was available 24/7. I'm sorry we didn't stay here in the past when we came to Salisbury Md . We will be staying here from now on
