To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

It’s a fantastic place. Lots to do and it’s so close to the parks! The pool is awesome! The express passes are a definite bonus - skip the long queues and ride more rides!

United KingdomWait times at beachclub were a bit long. We ate dinner there a few times when the kids were tired from a busy day and it seemed to be a bit understaffed. Food was great, so no complaints there. Lighting in the room was a bit low, especially in the area near the wardrobe/closet space.
We stayed on the Rock Royalty level and it did not disappoint. Major shout out to Nan in the Rock Royalty lounge who made the stay extra special. She really went above and beyond to make us and our kids feel special and well taken care of.

United States of AmericaThe frustrating thing was that the keys we were given to use as fast passes when we checked in early had to be reissued when we were assigned a room. Most of my party was stilt the park and the line to pick them up from guest services was super long- over an hour. When I requested to please just reissue my key and not theirs I was told they could not do that. We spend almost 2 hours sorting out the issue!

Love the location and decoration. Check in was efficient but they talk too fast. The staff outside was very good. Helped take our luggage in and was able to store until later. The luggage was brought up right away and likewise at time of checkout they came within 5 min. The coffee shop had wide selection and was also very fast with orders. Thankful for the boat service to City Walk but nice that it’s close enough to walk.

United KingdomFood and drink in the hotel was very expensive. Due to broken Projector there was no pool movie nights for the duration of our stay. Also felt that the poolside toilets were shabby and really in need of a fresh in up.
