We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United States of AmericaCouldn’t get room service Saturday evening had to leave a message and didn’t get a call back. After 30 mins we left to go eat some where. Also you shouldn’t have to pay to park your own vehicle . Other than that it was a great stay, will definitely stay again!

United States of AmericaIt’s a little pricey for what you get but I’m sure that’s due to location and convenience. Our rooms weren’t bad at all but they were a typical hotel room. They weren’t extravagant or overly nice just pretty basic.
Loved the location! We were able to walk to all the shops and the parking garage was easily accessible. Everything was clean and the staff was helpful and so sweet!

I think you have taken the pandemic situation and Decided to make a profit.
