Rooms definitely need updating, a more cheery decor. Heating/air was noisy. Fan in room would be nice.Walls are paper thin.could hear all next door. We were locked out of our room 2nd night. Room was listed as empty ??.

It was convenient, served breakfast (pay) and staff friendly. Rooms were clean. Lady who runs breakfast , Lin, was terrific.

It was hard to find. I first went to the Hampton Inn because you can't see the Hilton Garden Inn from the road. There the staff told me that people get it mixed up every day. The signage should be improved since this is a chronic problem. When you are tired from your travels you don't want to waste time going into the wrong hotel. While the room was air conditioned, the hallways and elevators were extremely hot and muggy. I would never recommend this hotel for someone going to a wedding or special event, because after you're dressed and ready to go, by the time you get from your room to the car, you're a mess. Very bad. The smell of disinfectant was overwhelming, as soon as you walk in or come downstairs. It was hard to eat with that smell. The side door was propped open the entire time we were there. While most of the staff were helpful, one guy who covers the desk just sits on his phone. When asked questions, he did look up and answer and was pleasant, but he should look up and welcome the guests or at least smile or something.

The room was very clean and comfortable. Most of the staff were pleasant and friendly. The breakfast was good and the waitress was exceptionally nice and helpful. It was easy to park.

Just tell the truth, there is no free breakfast don't say breakfast is free it is a lie. Try to change that.

I did not go down for breakfast, because the person at the front desk told me that the breakfast is not free and I have to pay for it. It seems like they sell what they don't have. Before I booked the reservation I read everything, but when I got there they told me different things.

The chef for the on site restaurant never showed up. That being said the bartender was great, recommended a place to have food delivered ans provided table set up to eat in the restaurant.

late PM checkin hotel clerk not friendly, told us nothing about hotel, didn’t tell us check out time, or how restaurant works for breakfast , or complementary coffee. Easter was next AM, I asked about a Catholic Church near by , he said not around here. I googled it and there was one literally 0.8 of a mile away! he did not want to help us. then Sunday I am in shower NO Shampoo in dispenser!!!! what am I to do , not wash my hair I guess. check out on Sunday 8:50 AM got no receipt

When I first entered nobody was behind the desk. I had to wait over 10 minutes to get somebody. I also feel like check out time is pretty early.

The beds were extremely comfortable. I had my own coffee machine and the shampoo in the bathroom smelled good.

We had to change rooms because of bad food odors in first room. Mold in shower needs attention. The entrance from the street to hotel is very inconvenient.

Would of been nice to have clean towels in the room daily . We were there three nites. Didn’t like the fact that at breakfast I had to substitute the toast for strawberries. I felt that what we paid for room fruit should be included for breakfast also juice.

No comments this Time. There was not anything I did not like on my last stay. My stay is usually for a short time anyway I hope to stay longer in the future. However these questions are very important for customers.

The location was very convenient for me to travel to and from work. The area has drive to or walk to shopping for my convenience. Unfortunately I was unable to have breakfast due to time, but I am sure it's great.
