I stayed at the Hilto to tend to a Family emergency, I traveled from Maryland to Westhampton (7 hours). To see about my 93 year young Mother who is battling cancel. It was raining very badly, I was tired and hungry did not have time to deal with nasty rude people in your Restaurant. Your staff tending to the Restaurant both nights was very nasty and rude, unacceptable.

The room was clean and quiet, the Front desk staff was pleasant.

No bar in hotel..no pre warning even though it had been shut for over a month ..as a result eat out instead of using the restaurant...i was not happy as was staying 4 nights and arranging to meet friends in tbe bar and have food....this was a real inconvenience as you have to go on a long loop from hotel as it's location is poor and u cannot take a left turn....u go some two miles to get to a location across from where u started... Also no complimentary coffee all day...it stopped after breakfast....

Room on first floor was very noisy and faced a parking lot precluding opening drapes or windows. No safe in toom! Cleaning only done on demand, but cleaning people were nice and gave me the toiletries I ran out of. Hard to stay asleep with noise from corridor and adjacent rooms. I could actually hear toilets flushing in other rooms...

We were under the impression that we were gonna be served, complimentary breakfast. We were very disappointed to find out otherwise. The Hilton (tru home) in pompano Bach, exceeded our expectations. We will definitely visit the Pompano location again.

The Jacuzzi in our room was very old and pieces of it were fallen apart. The mattress needed to be replaced.

Location is a bit weird - given where it's located on the main road you have to drive a short distance away from Riverhead before turning around to head back into town. Not the worse thing in the world but it did add to the Uber tabs when we were heading into town for dinner.

Super comfy room at a decent price. We have traveled to NOFO may times and often stay in Riverhead on our trips - this was the first time staying at the Hilton Inn and was pleasantly surprised. The room was large and very clean - a very comfortable night's sleep. Breakfast was included in our room rate and the meal was fine, though there was a large party staying in the hotel that night and the staff was a little overwhelmed in the morning.

The staff was uneven in attentiveness. Dec 28 manager was very proactive with keeping breakfast moving Dec 29 there didn’t seem to be a manager at all and the one server was unable to keep up. We chose to forego the complimentary breakfast which we had enjoyed so much the previous day.

The fire alarm going off a couple of times per day was definitely a nuisance. Otherwise everything was fantastic.

All the amenities were great. We truly enjoyed ourselves . The location was central to everything especially the Tanger Outlet which was right across the street.

The breakfast was disappointing. The staff was disorganized. Not cleaning tables. Forgetting to give utensils Mattresses need replaced. My wife and i backs hurt during the night. We never have that problem .
