You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United States of AmericaThe Breakfast was confusing...Booking.com said it was included when we booked this hotel, We asked at the hotel to double check before we sat down to breakfast. The waitress checked at the front desk and said we had a $50 voucher for breakfast....but in the end we got an extra charge for breakfast from the hotel after we arrived home!!! This would keep me from booking this hotel again!!! Bookings.com, please figure this out!!!!
Initially I was a little upset that we had to wait an extra day to get home to Florida from our vacation in Paris. In the end it turned to be a blessing! The beds were wonderfully comfortable as well as the pillows and the quiet coolness of the room. We were able to move our exhausted selves onto the bus provided by the hotel then just crawl in a comfy bed and get over jetlag. The hotel is very conveniently located next to Newark Airport.

United States of AmericaI needed to use one of the business rooms to attend an international meeting at 2 am and I was not allowed to use one of the business meeting rooms to have my meeting. I have been asked to sit in the lobby... Then I had to book another room to have my meeting. This was ridiculous. The staff at the reception desk did not help me and they just said: Business rooms are managed by other team so we can not allow you to use it.

United States of Americawe ordered two large glasses of wine each at the restaurant... one at dinner and one to take up to our room. Our tab was just over $90 including $72 for the wine, which was an unspecified "pinot grigio." I think we should have been given a) a wine or price list, b) notification that these 9oz glasses were priced at $18 each, c) perhaps the option of getting a bottle of this wine rather than spending this much. It's not the money, really. But the incident annoyed us and made it unlikely that we will pick a Hilton again.
