Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United States of AmericaAsked for balcony room not knowing they had 2 types of balconies, when we got a balcony on back side asked to be moved, that room not available. We moved to a larger suite which worked out, not charged extra!

United States of AmericaThe first room we were given, which was in south tower. The Air conditioner was not working, the screen to the balcony would constantly cone off track. The fridge was broke, causing water to leak on the floor.
The staff was amazing and extremely accommodating. Diana went out of her way to ensure we enjoyed our stay.

United States of AmericaTo use the pool/hot tub we would have had to walk outside from one building to another (wet). We opted to fill the whirlpool tub in the room instead. The water wasn’t warm enough to be able to tolerate sitting in it so we went to bed. After 2 nights on that mattress we considered cutting our trip short. Neither one of us slept more than 2 hrs at a time, we were so uncomfortable! I was also surprised to have to walk across the street to the Hilton Convention center for breakfast. What we had was very good but not particularly convenient.
It was conveniently located close to shopping and good food. The room had a full kitchen and laundry which was great for longer stays.

Love how friendly and helpful the staff is. Love how you are pet friendly!! Location was wonderful- close to the old party of downtown and being right on Branson landing and all the new shops and restaurants. The view is spectacular! The Christmas lights made it more special. The national anthem being played is the best thing ever!!

United States of AmericaNo shower. Rude front desk staff. Some were super nice... Others were super rude... So sadly the negative beats the positive. For the price, I would expect more.
Location! Being in the middle of the mall is amazing!

United States of AmericaThe chair in our room was very warn and should be replaced. Lampshade was tattered and had holes. Grout in bathroom was stained or missing in front of the shower. Not what to expect in a $200.00+ room

United States of AmericaFor the price they charge for the room I expected the amenities to be great. There wasn't even a USB charger in room. The TV channels are limited. Remote is super slow. Parking cost of $15 comes up after you booking, watch out. Generally not much attention to customers while conversations(at least I did get). Staff thinks they are doing a favor by letting people stay in their hotel:-) I wouldn't recommend this hotel to others for the price it costs. The house keeping person came exactly at 11 on the next day and asking if we were leaving, and when I said I will take an extra 30 minutes, I was asked to call front desk and let me know. That sounded ridiculous.
Just the location. Everything else was normal. Nothing special.

United States of AmericaThe guy at the front desk needs some coaching on customer service. He was not friendly at all. The valet guys were awesome with great personalities.. maybe they could help. The light in our shower flickered like a disco light so it couldn’t be turned on. The lamp shade was broken on the lamp between our beds. There was a huge spiderweb in the doorway to our balcony and also on the railings. The chairs on the balcony were dirty and uncomfortable.
The location was great and it felt very safe. I traveled with my 19 year old daughter. I would feel very comfortable letting she and a friend go out and shop at the Landing without me. The beds were comfortable.

United States of AmericaOur balcony room faced the street and train station. The traffic was extremely loud the entire stay. We shared a hallway with another room, and upon entering the hallway, it smelled like a family of skunks. The balcony chairs were covered in mildew and bird feces. The south tower where we were located did not have an ice machine, so ice had to be delivered by room service. With the current housekeeping policy, it would have been nice to have more tissue paper and towels to limit the number of calls to the front desk. The bed was less than comfortable compared to precious stays.
The staff were excellent handling issues upon check-in and were responsive to needs throughout the stay.

United States of AmericaThe carpet in the hallways was messed up it had ripples and a ridge down the center of it and caused me to tripp a couple times and was difficult to walk without tripping. The room was nice but the fridge ice maker wasn't working the staff brought me ice so that wasn't that big of a issue. There was beer left in the room and the balcony door was extremely tough to open.
The rooms was nice the location was nice the staff was nice
