We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of AmericaOverall property is very rundown and in need of renovations. When we arrived Wednesday night we thought the property was closed down. The pool is empty and the grass is overgrown. Back parking lot is not well lit and is a security risk. There were sketchy people who are were chasing out our trucks. We saw them rifling through our bags in the back of the truck while we were in our rooms. We ended up parking our trucks at another hotels parking lot. The lights were taped to the poles, the steps were cracked and broken, and the back security door did not close on its own. Not handicap accessible. Hallway smelled of marijuana. My room during the day smelled of marijuana.

United States of Americaproperty on the outside is run down- Desperately needs upgraded- we thought the hotel had closed it looked so run down. This was not shown in the pictures. back parking lot is not lit well - we had people casing out our vehicles and rummaging through what we had in the beds of our trucks. We ended up parking our trucks at another hotel parking lot. back security door would close fully there was a stench of marijuana coming through my vents hot water from sink was brown when I first turned it on.

United States of AmericaI was told to park around back to get to my room. There were no lights in the parking lot. The sliding door to the room wouldn’t lock. The bathtub held water. I wouldn’t stay again. If I would of been alone I would not have stayed. I did not feel safe but had no other choice at that hour.
The price and location were good. The bed was comfortable.
