I was very hung up on the reception staff, we arrived very late, tired, the gentleman did not take our credit card that we were supposed to pay at the resort (a letter for unpaid breakfast 😞 and a problem with paying at the bar) after calling the costumer service, it was explained but.... and not adding bracelets to payments (we found out from friends) 😞

The villa had a lot of wild animal visits, especially at night. There needs to be a fence around the villas . Kids were scared.

The facility knew the phone was not working but placed us in the villa regardless. The internet router needed repair or replacement. The air conditioning unit froze up requiring us to turn off the a/c on a hot day.

We enjoyed the pool and it was relaxing.

They didn't supply any soap, they didn't come in to refresh anything at all. Gave one coffee and that was it. Prices on resort at the restaurants and bars were very expensive.

The staff was not very friendly. They were a little on the rude side. There were those that were exceptionally nice, but there was a handful that were not. Everything in this hotel costs money. The tubes are for the lazy river for one. You have the ones that merit the cost, but floaters is ridiculous... it's a way to get more money. Would I go again... maybe not...

The pool was great... loved the Riverside pool. The restaurants was good too, and there were plenty of amenities.

Drawn into timeshare sales talk without realising. Quite forceful sales talk but did offer vouchers which helped with quite expensive food at resort.

The room we stayed in was lacking in cleanliness. The first room had multiple stains on the sheets and smelled like mildew. Also; the shower was broken and the toilet wouldn’t flush. The second room was slightly better, but had someone’s fake eyelashes on the floor. Rooms need better attention to maintenance and cleanliness.

I’ve been here MANY times, love the location, the environment, everything.

The pots was horrible to cook with, food stocked to the pot even while using oil. The limited supply of towels. Staff was rude when bringing items requested. While outside in the car for checkout/departure a staff member rode around asking was we leaving when clearly the car was pack and everyone’s seatbelts was on. I felt rushed like we had to leave off the premises since our stay was over

Didn't like people taking up chairs by the pool / lazy river area for their entire party (by placing towels, etc) on the chairs and never using them - when our family of 6 had to sit on the ground. However, we had our own large pool towel so we made the best of it. Eventually (after 2-3 hours - it was crowded in the morning), chairs opened up. In their defense, there was staff walking around placing "notices' on people's chairs that they violated the rules of holding chairs. Everything else as great so this didn't ruin on trip. Just bring a sheet or big towel to use as a backup.

Loved the on-site restaurants. Loved the extra long lazy river. We also liked the shuttle service throughout the large resort.

I didn’t like the timeshare presentation because of the time they hold you there. Ruining my vacation time.
