excellent motel for its class. bed was very comfortable!! better than at higher end resort. close to columbia gorge entrance. breakfast scrambled eggs were tasty. clean, comfortable, modern bathroom, reliable stay. good location. receptionists were friendly and paying attention. we had trouble with our card key not working Amy was on the. ball, she had seen our trouble watching hall video's for safety, so she knew why I returned to desk before I said anything. so management should be very appreciative of her attentiveness. she was very friendly and thorough with all her communication. close to nice restaurants in town,

-Everyday our room key would stop working and the card had to be re-set by the front desk. -There isn't daily room cleaning, but because of our 4 night stay we set it up for day 3... but no one showed up... finally we asked for at least clean towels... -Size of room and location of air conditioner meant literally 1 foot between one bed and the air flying across the bed. Not real comfortable.

Breakfast option was sufficient and varied enough for a 4 night stay. Staff were always helpful. Price seemed competitive. Loved the location. I really like a sink outside the bathroom!!!

The stopper in tub was broken.

Did Not eat. The grounds and lobby was neat and clean. The room was quiet with an A/C that worked. The bed was comfortable.

The bathtub has a slant to it and there was nothing to help with footing on the bottom of the tub and no grab bars. Therefore my shower experience was sketchy as I have mild balance issues and felt like I was falling. Thankfully I didn't fall, but I feel like a grab bar or tub mat at the very least would be helpful. Also, I'm not sure what was causing this issue, detergent perhaps, but once I climbed into bed I started itching and became a little wheezy. I had to use my inhaler and I didn't sleep well at all. Every time I left the room I was fine.

Need hooks in the bathroom for robes. The card for the TV remote indicated you needed to push 'guide' button to get the channel guide, but there was no 'guide' button on the remote. We finally just needed to hit a channel and found the channel guide on channel 1. Mostly, though, we brought our dog with us and stayed for 2 nights. But we got charged twice. I'll be taking that up with the hotel directly.

Location was great, since we came up to visit Multnomah Falls. You have a pet area for my dog. The staff was friendly.

Housekeeping opened our door at 9:00 am on the day of our check-out waking us up. They should check with the front desk beforehand regarding checkouts. They may have knocked but as we were sleeping, we didn't hear it before the door opened. The view was non existent but that was okay with us since we were only there to sleep basically.

It was super close to all the waterfalls along highway 84 and the price was great! The staff was very pleasant, the bed was very comfortable, and there were plenty of nice pillows. The breakfast time had been extended which is nice for people that wake up a little late and it was just nice having it available so I could take my husband up breakfast and he could eat while conducting business saving us a good hour at a restaurant.

The hotel is a little older and some parts of our room were a little dirty (curtains, baseboards, etc.) but I think that was more due to the age of the hotel and wear and tear over time.

our bigest complaint was the pet area door would not open on your room card - leaving you out in the rain. You had to walk all the way around the building to reenter the building. We actually got 5 different room cards - they said the back door was demagnatizing the key card. 230 am was not fun out in the rain - and not able to get back in side the pet door. I know 3 others that got caught out there with me. we all complained to the front desk. Fix the door before I will go back. The night person said the door been an issue for a while. REALLY

The location for our trip was great. Pet freindly room was good. The hot breakfast was a 9 for perpared food in a steamer. The breakfast gal was awesome she keeps a clean tight area. Very happy person. The pet area was nice and well kept. We hiked all 5 water fall trails and drove HWY30 rout, awesome . Check out Bumpers resturant off Halsey 10 miniuts away. Front desk gave us the ,tip. GREAT FOOD my wife says to try the seafood fet. awsome.

The helicopters next door made quite a racquet, and the DQ across the parking lot had only takeout service. We would've liked a few more gluten-free breakfast options in the morning.

The proximity to the Columbia River Gorge and the airport (right in between) sold us on this property. It was a nice last stop for us on the tail end of our trip.
