the location was not great for us, compared to where it said it was located on the app. the $50 a night to park your car was outrageous. it’s a car. we will not stay here again bc of that. hotel staff was friendly but not real helpful.

The AC/Heating unit was VERY loud. It woke me up and night and it went on, and off often in order to keep the room temperature at the set value. It’s probably time to replace this unit

Parking wasn’t guaranteed on site (they have an off site parking facility)but I had to pay 50 dollars for it anyway. The people in the room next to us were screaming at 7am. No one was cleaning where they had the breakfast so it was quite messy where you eat. I had to clean our table before we could sit down to eat.

Had gym access but not in the building, had to walk to a plaza next door. Cleaning staff would always start knocking around 10 about cleaning, would have preferred if they waited until 11 but not really a big deal.

The breakfast spread was great and would rotate daily. The location worked well and was close to both a bus stop and train stop, and could even get to the hotel from the airport for free with public transportation. The staff was friendly, and didn't have a single problem with any of them.

Small things I did not like: The hotel is located next to a quite busy road so at least I had to wear ear plugs in the nights to sleep well. There was no ceiling lamp in the room (just floor and wall lamps) and at least in my room the window side (where the desk was located) was cold, so the room was not ideal if you wish to work a lot with your laptop in there. This is just fine, though, if you plan to use your days seeing around.

This place had nice personnel, a somewhat basic but perfectly sufficient hot breakfast that was not crowded, good-quality toiletries in the bathroom, and a coffee machine with supplies refilled on daily basis in the room. The room was tidy and seemed like it has been renovated recently. There is a Blue Bikes station nearby, as well as a Green Line station, so it is easy to move around from here. There is a good selection of restaurants a couple of blocks away.

Elevator was a little creepy when you stepped in it bounced. Pancake maker did not make good pancakes too floury, but all else was good

Liked the newer room and furniture, bed was comfortable. washroom was renovated and nice. Breakfast was good. loved that we could have a decent breakfast before heading out to see Boston. Staff were helpful when we needed information.
