We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of AmericaThis issue wasn’t exactly a ‘dislike’… Whilst I was swimming and using the jacuzzi , there was a loud beeping every few minutes that was slightly concerning. It seemed to emanate from the pool deck control rm. It was so loud, everyone couldn’t help but pause and comment that something might need attention. Not a big deal, but it was definitely a noticed point. We had some issues with the heat. It was difficult to manage. It wouldn’t lower, so we had to just shut it off so we could get some sleep. The heat seemed to be either ON, or OFF.
The gentleman at the front desk got paper plates, so we could eat our food in our room. There was a fridge in the double room, which was great. I wish every hotel rm had a refrigerator in their basic set up. At one point, I was getting tea, and this nice man actually made a real effort to find me some herbal tea. He searched multiple cabinets and offices, as well as the breakfast rm and surrounding area. I realize this may seem minor, but customer service is severely lacking in this day and age and it’s been quite a while since I was impressed with a crew. I really appreciate the efforts this staff made whilst I was staying with them. The pool and jacuzzi were great! They had the deepest hot tub I’ve ever seen in my plus 50 years. A tiny gym was right off the pool deck. Great way to shake off that long car ride!!

Booked a suite with 2 queen beds and a sofabed for 5 people but there were only 2 bath towels and limited toiletries. Asked housekeeping for additional towels but he just replaced the used towels with clean ones so still not enough.

United States of AmericaThe fan in the room's heating/cooling unit was very noisy, so it was difficult to sleep. There was no way to turn down the speed to attempt to quiet it, other than to turn it off so it wouldn't run constantly, but it would still kick on loudly when the AC unit turned on. Would not spend more than a night or two here because of that. We assumed all of the units were the same, so did not bother staff about it.
Breakfast was Grab and Go, no hot foods due to Covid. The selection was great and included things that could be heated in the microwave in the hotel room. They have been redoing sheet rock in the hallways, so are working on upgrading parts of the facilities.

United States of AmericaOur reservation was cancel and had no room to stay at this hotel. I called Booking.com and spoke to Emel. He said you would pay for the hotel we had to stay at Courtyard in Troy NY since that was a place that had room. The hotel couldn't tell us why our room was cancel that day. Emel told me to send the hotel bill that we stayed at to be reimbursed. I can't seem to get an email that is right to send you the bill. I am very frustrated about all of this. We did get in a room until 1 AM. This place didn't have breakfast include either. I called and spoke to Emel and he said you would reimburse us for the hotel we had to go to. He said I needed to sent copy of bill and I have tried and don't have correct email. I am very frustrated. I have tried calling, emailing and booking.com isn't getting back to me. I called and waiting for them to call me back.
Wasn't any thing I liked as they canceled our reservation for some reason and we had no room.

There were repair been done on the entire 2nd floor We were on the 3rd floor but after 7 pm they story for the day! The hotel is New clean it was excellent!!!Staff was so friendly!!! 10⭐ Hotel!!!
