Very noisy room, door didn’t close firmly, we had to wedge a face towel into door to close it properly. Although linens were clean, room was not exceptionally clean. Building is dated.

The breakfast food was not tasty at all. In fact I threw mine in the trash after one bite.

The location was close to where our event was taking place, so it was convenient. The rooms were clean and comfortable.

There was a big fight at the hotel one night that we stayed. The pool water was too cold for me to swim.

My recent one-night stay at the Holiday Inn Express Toledo North was a pleasant surprise. While it was a short visit, it certainly did the job and left me with a positive impression. Additionally, having petrol stations and fast-food options nearby was a huge plus, making it easy to grab a quick bite or refuel the car without any hassle. One of the highlights of my stay was the exceptional staff. Despite arriving close to closing time at the complimentary breakfast area, the staff members were not only welcoming but went the extra mile to accommodate us. They kindly prepared omelettes for us even when the supplies were running low. This level of service certainly made our stay feel more comfortable and memorable. The room itself was clean, well-maintained, and provided a comfortable night's sleep. The bed was cozy, and the amenities met our basic needs. While we didn't have much time to explore the hotel's facilities, we were satisfied with our stay. Overall, the Holiday Inn Express Toledo North served its purpose as a convenient stopover during our journey. It may not be a luxury destination, but it offered a comfortable night's rest and friendly service. If you're looking for a practical and welcoming place to stay for a night or two, this hotel is worth considering.

There were renovations ongoing in the lobby. There was drywall dust everywhere. The breakfast hot items were mostly empty. Also most important, the stairs were closed, we were on the 4th floor so it was a concern for fire safety. Isnt that illegal? We would have not stayed there if we were informed.

The breakfast was very poor, there was no hot food left in the containers despite there only being 6 people there All cold items were wrapped in Serrano wrap which is unnecessary and bad for the environment

Unfortunately the property foyer was under renovation which we were no informed of beforehand the room was recently upgraded to a very high standard

There was no hot tub. The pancake machine was not working. They were out of milk/chocolate milk. There was a stain on our floor in our room. There was dirt and dust on the bathroom counter. The wallpaper was peeled a little bit on the wall. Was unable to plug stuff in to the wall outlets, something was wrong with the outlets.

The staff was nice. The breakfast was ready early. The beds were comfortable. It was clean for the most part.

I couldn't get any wash clothes they would bring in other towels the lady said she would be back never returned with wash clothes they don't check to see if you needed your room cleaned.

The indoor pool and the restaurant and shopping was so close I love that.

The carpets in the hall and lobby need replacing. They are lumpy and could possibly cause someone to trip. There was a cigarette butt in the desk drawer in our room. The ice machine in the lobby didn't work.

The bed was comfortable and the room was fine. Tyrone at the front desk was very friendly, even though he was working overtime.
