Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Having to pay to park in parking garage and the added fees after I was given the receipt for stay at checkout. The total on receipt was different from the total that was taken out of my account.

I was charged a seven dollar ammenities fee. when asked what that was for, the desk person could not tell me what that was for. He said the pool and fitness room which I did not use. I thought that was a given with the hotel.

No hot tub...please add a hot tub (LOL)
Location, friendly & helpful staff. I noticed security was very attentive & that's ALWAYS A PLUS!!! This was my first stay at this location & I'll return for sure. This hotel has a lot of amenities. It's in close proximity to everything and I the parking was very secure.

The only problem that I found strange and that was unexplained was that the housekeepers did not give me towels after cleaning the room on one of the days so I had to call the concierge and go looking for a housekeeper in the same hallway as my room just to get towels.

Room was very spacious. Bathroom looked newly updated. Bed was comfortable. Balcony was sketchy and also the balcony door was broken. Room could've been cleaned a little more. I didn't want to walk on the carpet. The lady who checked me in was very friendly. Night crew 11p.m(a man). was not friendly or welcoming when asked questions. I hate that there is not a hotel convenient store. The drink machines are located on the garage floors(in the garage) that's spooky as a woman alone at night. The hotel is close to everything. That's the only reason I would stay again.

Service was slow, such as when we requested extra towels or a luggage cart to our room.
The hotel was fine and a good deal. Far from the best I’ve ever stayed at and far from the worst. If you’re looking for a decent, affordable option without any bells and whistles, this place isn’t terrible. The staff is nice, but service is slow. Breakfast is pretty good. It’s not the best location depending on where you're going, but it’s close to the trolly and a bike share location. I’d recommend the hotel if you’re not picky.

Some of the other guests decided to knock on random doors at midnight and yeah . . . . not the Hotel's issue at all, but I didn't like it.
So big, so clean, so quiet. Even in a mild tornado, the room was fantastic
