The entire place looks great at first glance but it’s been shabbily remodeled; the building itself is quite old and it shows. Do not make the mistake of looking in the air returns or down the drain. There were water stains on the ceiling under the A/C, there was mold by the shower, the toilet in my room malfunctioned and spewed water out the tank and flooded my room at 6:30am. They said they couldn’t move me and did not offer any discount or compensation for the upset. The price was ridiculous considering my experience.

The location is great. the maintenance man who had to come to my room was exceptionally kind and friendly.

received confirmation from both Booking.com and Hilton but when got there they told us no rooms, they overbooked. Desk person was rude. Ruined our vacation. NEVER STAY THERE! That is photo of us sleeping on floor at airport.

$8.00 to park in the uncovered parking lot that's not in the greatest condition was a bit much. The toilet in our room would run constantly. We could hear the toilet upstairs every time it flushed and we could hear the upstairs bathtub draining. The AC was extremely loud which made it difficult to sleep and when you do wake up, don't expect a complimentary cup of coffee or a Danish. I got a cup of coffee from the lobby and started to walk back to my room and felt like I had been apprehend by loss prevention as someone yelled "should we charge that to your room"? I replied yes, sorry, thought it was included. I felt like we were nickel and dimed for a mediocre room at best. Not somewhere I would be excited about staying again. Not what I expected from a Doubletree.

The hotel is spacious but can use a remodel. The staff was friendly. Stayed there for my nephew's graduation and because of that, it was a bit expensive.

The room was dirty. Found a tampon and used eyelashes. Asked to have someone clean it and took all day. They had forgotten until in later to the front desk that unlocked my door

I asked for the curtains to be cleaned numerous times. Despite several assurances, they were never cleaned. Tub was not completely clean upon check in (hair). Hall baseboard floor molding was loose. Foul smell of cigarettes near side door entrance on pool side, and cigarette butts littered on stones and near sidewalk adjacent and leading to the parking lot. I asked to speak to the general manager directly before I checked out and was told he would contact me, but when he didn’t upon checkout I was given the runaround. I left a message for him to call me, but it’s been a week now and still no call.

I liked that the breakfast attendant was able to accommodate my health (food allergies) needs by cooking up some scrambled eggs without the heavy cream. (Wheat and Dairy Allergies). The eggs were done very well, but because I was only able to eat eggs and some fruit I would have preferred to paid per item or portion instead of $17 for the buffet, but unfortunately you that option isn’t available. The pool and exercise area were very nice.

Free Breakfast was NOT FREE, we got charged $70 dollars for a half decent buffet. Parking was also no free had to pay $8 a day. An additional 50 was charged when I arrived for “Holding fees” that’s supposed to be released upon check out. We have yet to receive our money back. The girl at the front checking area was having a full blown fight with her manager when I was in the middle of trying to check in with her.

Hotel is difficult to locate and access from freeway is confusing. Room was hot on arrival with thermostat already set at 68 degrees. A/C unit cycled on and off all night and sounded as if it was not bolted to it's frame. Rattled all night. Room was overpriced.

Room was clean, Bath and lavatory area appeared to have been recently remodeled. Nice. In room safe is a nice option.
