To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United States of AmericaI had asked for a ground floor unit weeks before. We arrived late and it was not provided. We are in our 70's and Mom in her 90's. The stairs were not easy. There should be accommodation for Hilton Honors members who make requests in advance. Also, the charge for the stay was more than what the hotel provided compared to other Hiltons in the same class.
The breakfast was good but needed to offer chicken or turkey sausages instead of pork or meat substitutes.

United States of AmericaThe upper floors aren't as easy to get to with all your luggage. Some luggage carts stored near the one elevator would be nice! The shower curtain was torn and needed to be replaced. Otherwise really clean and nice.
The kids love the outdoor pool and spa. We appreciate the later noon checkout so we can get some morning swimming in. The breakfast is also great--eggs, sausage patties, fresh biscuits and gravy, and homemade breakfast cookies, along with the waffle makers, pancake maker, oatmeal, toast, bagels, cereal. Everything. The rooms are clean and beds are comfy.

United States of Americathe pool was being serviced during the day during a heatwave (there was an excessive heat warning in the area) yet the pool was closed for maintenance for hours during every day of our stay. since they advertise a pool it would nice to actually use the pool or post signs when the pool is closed for families to work around. our kids were bummed there wasn’t a pool when we told them there would be.

United States of AmericaWe waited 2 hours to be checked in :( We reserved a room on the bottom floor due to having kids. We were put on the upper floor and we received a phone call about a noise complaint. The kids were only walking throughout the unit and being respectful. There was a gentleman watching us everytime we went to our car, in the lower unit.
The staff was friendly and helpful when needed. The unit size was fantastic and we enjoyed the fireplace. The breakfast served was probably one of the better ones we have had.

United States of AmericaThe couch and chairs in the room seemed a bit outdated in comparison to everything else. The bed was a bit firm, I woke up with a sore back each of the 3 mornings. Breakfast is not served late enough in the mornings. I did not get breakfast 2 of the 3 mornings because it's only served until 9am on weekdays. That makes zero sense. I paid $920 for 3 nights which is pretty steep, at least have breakfast available later than 9am.
We liked our room overall. Aside from the couple things previously mentioned. We liked that we could bring our dog and that access to our building was from outside instead of having to go through a lobby every time. The staff were always great and checking in on us every so often. We loved having the balcony and had a sliver view of the Columbia river from it. Loved that there was plenty of parking, finding a spot next to our building was never an issue. Thank you!

Old bedding the outside of the door walk-in area was super gross and dirty. As soon as we walked in I was mad that we paid 300 plus for this room.
