Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

USAEach time we came home and turned on the light we found little roaches scurrying around.
It was a little more comfortable than I expected for a no frills hotel.

United States of AmericaWhen we arrived, I already knew to bring my ID inside and my card when I got to the desk I was told that my husband also needed his ID which I didn’t understand because he did not book the room. I told the manager Deborah that I’ve never heard of anything like that before and I’ve never had that happen. just a few weeks before our anniversary because that was the reason we were there celebrating, my husband lost his wallet at a Labor Day party. I tried to explain to Deborah that, but she basically was saying that if he didn’t have his ID we couldn’t stay even though his name was not on the booking. It almost ruined my trip, but just so happened, I had a picture of his ID that I took when he lost his SS card in 2020 when everything was done virtual, and had my son send me pictures over and she stood nearby while I was talking to the sweet receptionist, and then blurted out you need a copy of the back of it to as if she was staying around to hear what I was saying.. I also looked again at my booking and it does say to bring your id and card to check in but doesn’t say everyone staying should present an ID. I’m grateful that I was able to resolve the issue bc we traveled to be there and no other rooms anywhere were available. Idk but I felt racially profiled. I even texted my coworkers and boss and asked has that ever happen at any hotel they visited because I wanted to be sure I wasn’t overreacting, and they all replied no! I didn’t want to say that, but one of the other people stated it first, then I told them that was exactly how I felt.
It was close to everything I loved that! There was also a sweet lady at the reception desk she was absolutely adorable and recommended a spot to get breakfast from. Even tho I was annoyed that helped cheer me up!

United States of AmericaI called ahead of time and spoke to an very nice gentleman by the name of Gary and he said an early check-in at 1:30 -2p.m. would be fine (check-in is 3pm). I arrived at 1:50 and was told by the front desk manager I would be charged extra for the early check-in. I travel quite extensively and this has NEVER been an issue with other hotels across the street from this property!!! So I waited in my car for 1 hour and 10 minutes!! Checked in at 3.
The location and the room was clean.

United States of America“Breakfast Included” was advertised, but was only granola bars, packaged muffins, and instant oatmeal. This was highly disappointing and should not be advertised as such. Walls were a bit too thin and you could hear your neighbors.
Checking in and out was very easy. Bed was comfortable. Water was hot. Plenty of space.

United States of AmericaThey keep their outer doors, even by the lobby, locked 24/7. You need to be buzzed in to check in at 3pm. This made me feel like the neighborhood could be unsafe. This was further exemplified when returning at 10pm from our meeting and there were people sitting on boxes in the middle of the parking lot/drive area of the empty restaurant next door. It was disappointing there was nothing already in the room to utilize the kitchen. You could request most things from the desk but at 11pm when your realize there are not even paper towels its too late to get redressed to get them. I had to request a hair dryer. No coffee pot in the room either.
I liked the option of having a kitchenette. The staff was friendly and the room was clean though sparsely appointed.

United States of AmericaThe bed was very uncomfortable and our AC unit wasn't working properly so it was very warm in the room. The room was clean, def had comfy pillows. The stair well was dirty, there was what looked like a burger in the floor and someone's t shirt that had been in the floor the entire time of our stay, also a bag of dog poop right as you walked out the door.
Our room was clean and very convenient. The area was wonderful. We absolutely loved John that welcomed us and checked us
