The property was in need of a major renovation. Most everything was in need of repair, or had been improperly repaired. The lobby coffee machine was out of order, their printer didn't work, so a receipt could not be printed. The single serve coffee maker in the room had the wrong basket, so you had to hold it on to make a cup of coffee. The room carpet turned the soles of our feet black after walking barefoot on it. The bathroom door had holes in it, and apparently one had been covered with a metal plate. We took our own trash out after no one else did.The elevator looked like it could fall apart at any moment and had graffiti scratched into the walls. The uniform the hostess was wearing had paint on it. The outside of the property had trees hanging over the sidewalk too low to walk under, so you had to go around them into the parking area to get by. The exterior AC grills were broken, and cigarette butts and bits of trash littered the grounds. Maybe your experience will be different.

The beds were comfortable, and the bedding was clean.

There was no silverware, no coffee, no bacon no sausage no eggs no yogurt for breakfast at 8am and it’s open from 6-9 they would not refill any of it. Bathtub sounded like it was going to fall through the floor, plaster on bathroom door and walls not repaired completely furniture old and worn. Outside area not cleaned up trash and cig butts everywhere. Elevator was horribly dirty and floor tiles in it dirty old and missing.

There was a ton of patched holes in the walls and damage to the doors and walls throughout our room it looked very rough.

It was really close to red rocks which was really nice.

The room was a mess. Sheets were dirty. Curtains had stains on them. Bathroom floor was almost black and the tub was lined with scum. Staff wasn’t very friendly.

One of the beds the bed frame was larger than the mattress. We had 2 of out party hurt their leg on it!

The room was a dump. Old, falling apart furniture, very uncomfortable bed.

Bed was supposed to be King; was just double. Was big dip on mattress. Hair dryer did not work. Part to pull sink stopper came off. Breakfast - no milk. no fresh fruit. coffee - terrible. Chair by bed did not smell good.

Not a very clean facility!!! Garbage left in the hall down stairs that we had to pass a few times on our way to the stairs. I will never stay at one of your facilities again!!!!

It’s neglected, dirty, surrounded by cigarette butts. Walls have gouges, carpets are stained, doors are worn down and water damaged. It feels a bit unsafe despite the blinding spotlights shining in the rooms.

Beds were not very comfortable. Staff said breakfast was 6 -9 am when we checked in, but in the morning no breakfast offered!

The staff was excellent, especially Heather! They took good care of me. I asked for a room on the top floor and they were able to give it to me. I traveled with my friend who sleeps much later than me so every morning they would microwave my breakfast for me so that I wouldn't wake her. They were friendly. The beds for comfortable. The rooms were clean. They had grab and go breakfast which was really nice since some hotels still don't offer anything.

The room was in need of repair. The bathroom door had been all chewed up, the metal around the door was rusting and in need of repair. The water pressure was a trickle at best, no hot water for long periods of time. There were stains all over the ceiling. The room needs a total re do. It was kind of creepy to be honest. Lots of homeless, and "sketchy" people in, out, and around the property.

Staff was nice, breakfast was ok, beds comfy, location close to where we needed to go.

Very dated, heavy drapes billowing over the ac has to spread germs. Items missing from the wall as there was a bracket for something, no coffee table, and an unfinished hollow core door that was not cut to fit properly. I get needing to make repairs, but at least do the correctly.

It was a great location for us to start our day into the mountains. Would be a great place for someone going to Golden or Red Rocks. Staff was great, it was quiet, bed was good. Had the typical breakfast we get at most places. Found having a coffee maker with pods on the dining room tasted great but made getting coffee very slow.

Toilet leaked and ran continuously. Informed staff twice and nothing was done about it. Elevator sounds ruff and not good to sleep by.

Faucet in sink extremely loose and wobbly. Difficult to control water temperature in shower. Never was hot enough.

It was the quietest hotel!!

There were people hanging out around the hotel that made us uncomfortable. The stairs and hallways did not appear to be clean and were not vacuumed, although we arrived late and that might have just been the days traffic. The curtains hang over the heater and it was annoying watching them swell with air. I shoved a couple pillows up against them which did the trick. I couldn't open them because anyone going by could see right in. Coffee was a single serve in the lobby so people had to wait in line just to get a coffee. Breakfast is not kept warm.

Staff was great, easy check-in, room was clean and comfortable and quiet. Liked having my own coffee since we are big coffee drinkers. Breakfast was really good but a little cold from sitting out for a while. Overall we were happy.

Boogers on comforter, mystery stains on headboard, hole in paper thing rotting bathroom door, stains on wall next to sink, loud people cussing on phone calls outside front lobby door at 12am, disgusting tv remote and couch with stains.

Checking out and never having to come back.
