Room had a smell to it bought a room freshener. We had a 3 uninvited guest (roaches) the whole week. The tv didn’t work properly it would cut on and off so we just watched our tablets/phones. The headboard was scratched and torn in a spot. For what I paid wasn’t fully worth it.

It was close to the freeway and a couple decent easy to get to restaurants.

The first room was unexceptionally dirty, and there was personal items from the last person in the room. There was also no breakfast.

The WiFi worked well and it was in close proximity to everything.

Room smelled funny. Toilet was not working properly. Pillows were uncomfortable. No one assisted in person when checking out. There is no breakfast of any kind, even though is on the marquee.

people outside selling drugs, didn’t feel my car was safe so had to keep checking on it. woman yelling early in the am! and seems like people actually live there.

Not well cleaned. There was a stain on the bed. Bathroom was grimy and not well cleaned. Shower was dirty. Room had toiletries that were partially used- partially used lotion, partially used shampoo. There were only 2 towels in the bathroom and so we had to request more. Breakfast was advertised, but not provided because of COVID- this seems like an excuse at this point instead of a reason. The shower had no water pressure. The building doesn't appear to be structurally sound when you look at it, or walk around the perimeter. It's sidewalks are sloping and uneven.

We picked this hotel because of the closeness to our event venue, but especially considering the other hotels available in this area, we would never stay here again.

weekend night visitors, rooms felt dirty, no better than a motel 6 at 3-4x the cost. no breakfast due to “Covid”… it’s October 2022, cmon guys, that’s been over.

Bathroom had strong mold smell and the ceiling above the shower had a serious leak and was black and moldy. Hotel is old but bed was super comfy.

There was NO hot water! My family checked in & was not told that the water heater broke. I have a 2 yr old & wasn't able to warm up his bottle in the bathroom sink, none of us were able to shower the morning after. When I went to check out there were other guest with the same complaint. 1 said the front desk clerk was still checking people in & wasn't telling any of them that there was no hot water

Probably the biggest shortcomings for me were the traffic noise, and a lack of communication/support from the staff about the paving project that was starting the following day. I had the bad luck of arriving for a multi-night stay the day before resurfacing of the parking lot began. No advance warning was provided at check-in, and when I arrived back at the hotel after 9 PM, no parking spots were available (half of the lot was roped-off). It took me 15-20 minutes to find the young man who was overseeing the hotel (office locked up and he was out in the parking lot in the dark) to open up a roped-off space for me. The world really doesn't need more senior citizens on foot roaming around a dark parking lot that's in need of paving. Seems like someone should have been more available to handle the parking situation. The next night, similar story. Obviously, the parking won't be an every day issue. Staff availability to handle the unforeseen--unknown. The hotel is older, but the room was clean and comfortable. In all honesty, for light sleepers, the traffic noise will probably be an issue.

The location (both a plus and a minus) was very convenient, a 10 minute drive to my friend's home and convenient to tourist destinations--big plus! The downside to that convenience is that the hotel is located adjacent to Interstate 8, and although my room was in the back, the traffic noise never stops. It's less at night, but always present.

No breakfast as advertised. Should have reduce the rate. Walkway on the top floor felt unsafe. Working on one side of the parking lot, therefore not enough spaces. Quite noisy from freeway and some type of motor humming all night.
