Although I found the room to be very comfortable and clean there were some things that did need attention. Particularly the bathroom door won’t open all the way unless you force it back. Could use a more attractive shower curtain. Didn’t care much for the theft proof hangers. Middle wall mirror top right side, cracks along side of mirror. Nothing that spoiled my stay but management may want to be aware of this. Housekeeping was exceptional .

Was laid out where everything was easily accessible. The food and fruit items were sufficient for a light breakfast.

Continental breakfast was good, but could have had a few healthier options. Many TV channels were not available or went out of service.

Great location, close enough to many attractions and beaches. Pool and jacuzzi were very nice, and the desk clerks were fantastic and very knowledgeable. Rooms were very comfortable.

Staff very friendly, very helpful & enthusiastic, competitively priced, very clean & well equipped room, indoor & outdoor swimming pool, free very adequate breakfast & free parking. The hotel is approx 5 mins walk to the main street with all its stores & restaurants, the harbour is 10 mins walk away. Great place to base your vacation, go whale watching, visit Martha's vineyard, Nantucket & the beaches etc.

Only the sofa bed, which is very uncomfortable even for children, but ok.

Great service from reception to staff. Everyone was very attentive, polite and friendly. The heated pool is perfect for non-hot days and is a delight for children. Breakfast very complete and very tasty.

This was a perfect short stay. The person at reception was so kind and friendly. We got an early check-in at no extra charge. The room was good sized with a balcony on the road. Really great value for the price.

Had to wait until 7:30 to get hot water for tea. Coffee maker in room, but I am a tea drinker. Not a big deal though.

The hotel desk clerk went out of his way to accommodate my needs (secure my bicycle) and make me feel right at home. Not too far to the ferries, close to downtown, pool looked nice but I didn't use it. Was very happy with my stay and would stay again. I thought it was a good value for the money. Again, friendly staff who wanted to ensure that I was happy.

I love the location, it was so close to all the shops and restaurants on Main Street. The staff (Cliff, Liam and Patrick) were very friendly and attentive. They told us about all the attractions and fun places to see the next time we are in the area. Free continental breakfast is always a plus!

The rooms are a bit dated and need a bit of an uplift, however you have all you need for your stay.

The hotel is close to the harbour and main road, the rooms are spacious, there is a nice indoor pool and sauna but the best thing about the hotel was the staff, the owner was super friendly and very helpful, they go above and beyond to make your stay special. We had very helpful recommendations from the owner about where to go and what to see. We felt right at home here.

We opted to meet friends for breakfast so we didn’t take advantage of the included breakfast. Grateful for the champagne 🍾 in our room as we were celebrating our anniversary.
