Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United States of AmericaUpon arrival…it was very confusing as to where I could go to park temporarily so I can check in (the front area was a mess). No instructions were given by the staff as to how to use the room key in the elevator to get to your floor…there was no microwave in the room and didn’t find out why until it was time to leave.
The appearance of the lobby…the security feature in the elevator (using the room key to get to your floor) and the 24 hour market place…where you can get a snack if necessary. While checking out…I met Kevin. He was very friendly and so enraging that I was a little disappointed that we were leaving so soon.

United States of AmericaToo busy, not smoker friendly at all. Was charged more then quoted by $50. Parking was ridiculous paying $29 for parking deck that says you aren’t responsible if someone takes your stuff. You should have cameras and maybe security watching.

United States of AmericaThere was an extra fee for parking. There was no free coffee in the lobby like many other hotels (had to buy coffee at canteen).
Excellent downtown hotel right in the middle of everything. We walked to the Vystar Arena, to dinner and to breakfast. Parking available in lot next door with conditioned walkway. Nice view of the river even on the North rooms. Reasonably priced on non-weekend nights.

United States of AmericaThe elevator situation was alittle ridiculous. Coming back after a concert and three line to get one was extremely long. It did not appear as of all of them were operating. Also there were 100s of tiny black bugs on the pool area. I came home with 30 or so red bites on me from them. Everyone was complaining about them
Hotel was quiet and very clean.. the restraunt and bar were both great

United States of AmericaThe room A/C was not cooling properly (Room 1015). It did not stop running the entire time we were there.
The restaurants and bar on site were great. The 24hr market came in very handy after a long and late concert. The location of the hotel, about a mile from the stadium. The room had a great view of the river, the naval ship and the bridge.

United States of AmericaSeems that the front desk had no idea about the facilities. Tried to go to the pool, the desk said open. Sign said closed. Asked room service and they went out of their way to find out. They reported it was closed so they could change the filters, and would be open in 45 mins. 2 hours later.... still closed. The sheets could stand up on there own. So much starch. Not soft at all.
