Everything. Old and run down.

No pool, no restaurant, no bar, smelled musty, coffee pot had old coffee that had molded over, I was promised a 10% discount, but it wasn’t reflected on my receipt, could not discuss with front desk staff because no one could be found. I felt like I was staying at the hotel from the Shining.

Dirty,bed was supposed to be king size, T.Vs didn’t work, no robes in room like advertised,fridge smelled,only two towels when we had a spa and shower and didn’t sleep good because bed was hard and blanket was thin like a throw blanket instead of a cover or duvet.Advertising was nothing like being there. Pictures were better than actually being there.

The spa and shower if I had to pick something we liked.

During check-in, although there were only 2 people in front of me, took 1 hour! The rooms were absolutely disgusting; the sheets were dirty, the bathroom light kept flickering and would not turn on often times, both bed sheets had black stains on them, the hallways smelled like weed, the door had gunk on it. It was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. We almost always stay at 3-star hotels, there is no way that this hotel deserves even 2 stars! I don't know if we will be using Booking.com/Priceline anymore since we made the decision based on their ratings.

Check in took 2 hours owing to only one person working on the desk. Room had not been cleaned properly - bad smell and dirty carpets. Dead bugs in bathroom. Discarded baby bottle under the bed. Shower ran cold.

Our room was dirty, and the bathroom had many issues. The toilet flush would go on 24/7, with no means to disable it. The shower drain was clogged and the bathtub would fill up with water within a few minutes of showering, which was super annoying. We saw at least one cockroach. And I found someone else’s gum (!) under the bed, which was disgusting. Lastly, there’s no housekeeping services and the front desk is usually unattended, which makes it impossible for you to request services or help in the event you have an issue. Terrible.

they literally do not have a front desk person working except 4-10 pm and she was 25 minutes late. The tub did not drain, 2/3 of my towels were stained. The place is old and run down.

The rooms are not clean. The owner hires long term guests to clean rooms in exchange for discounted rates. There is no training. There are no standards. Nothing is clean. No staff available. There are signs for a number to call for assistance but it does not get answered. Guests let their dogs run around use the lobby as a bathroom and the mess will sit on the lobby floor all day because there is no staff to clean. Elevator got stuck. My family and I were stuck in an elevator, the fire department showed up and said they visit this location regularly to rescue people from the elevators. A long term guest at the hotel called the owners number to inform her to lock the elevator as it was not working but the owner never did. A day or 2 later the owner was present at the location and I stated we had gotten stuck and she just said "ok." The fireman advised we use the stairs but the stairs are closed with a sign that states they are only for emergencies so we had no choice but to use the elevator.

The bed wasn't made and there was trash in the trash cans. We received a different room that was obviously a cheaper option. We got an apology but zero money back.

When I turned on the light upon entry a roach ran across the table, where there were two dead roaches! I killed at least 6 roaches. The toilet had a dirty ring. The shower, the water was over my ankles! Refrigerator had dead and live bugs in it, some even frozen in the iced over area! Pool was mostly drained and what water was in there was black! No restaurant, no bar, no staff. Dirty linens on the floor next to the elevators. TV channels limited and bad signal, kept cutting out. Overall terrible!

.There was no hot water for bathing, the shower extremely small (like 3' x 3' size ) the matresses looked like they were 20 years old how uncomfortable they were , there was no breakfast and the elevators was very dirty... The hotel facilities need restructuring asap .

The price was way more than the worth of the property. The tub was dirty beyond what Bleach could clean. The hotel need to be renovated, it has lossed all of it luster! The alarm kept going off ALL night for everyone to evacuate the hotel. Having to wake up small kids several times during the night is NOT the way the end or start the day!

Unclean. Dirty lobby, No restaurant, No lounge.No pool.all locked up. There had been water leak in our bathroom because door was so swollen at bottom it would not even shut. All ice machines and drink machines were removed. Had to ask for ice at fron desk.Bathroom was fility , I used my own Lysol wipes to clean bathroom before we used it. No toliet paper. 2 small towels. No washcloths or handtowels. All lights were unplugged. No TV, only snow when we finally found how to plug it in. Telephone did not work, So you couldn't contact lobby. Fire alarms were going off all hours of night. I ask to speak to manager twice and the woman at front desk did not even acknowledge me. dirty hallway, someone had vomited and cleaner was on it our entire stay. the guy in 420 was smoking weed with his door open and it was stinking up the place, there wasn’t a working ice machine in the place and the place was dirty. there was food under our bed and dirt under the bed.

First room I was assigned smelled like a smokers bar. The front desk kindly switched me. Next room was not very clean and smelled musty. I had too much to do so I just delt with it. Tub and shower were disgusting. Many of the lamps did not work.

Trash cans overflowing on my floor and the hallways stunk because of it. No ice machine on any of the floors.

Bed was comfortable and appeared to be clean. It was very quiet!
