Good location, central to San Diego and minutes away from downtown. Clean property, plenty of parking and the staff was cool enough.

Room was comfortable and clean. We did not get a chance to enjoy the pool but it looked well maintained and had plenty of pool floaties available. Had dinner at the Mexican restaurant and food and service were great. I recommend this hotel.

Pool and spa can get quite busy at peak times so just worth bearing that in mind!

Good location and facilities, very comfy bed! Staff were all lovely as well, especially Greg who helped us at check in when I thought I’d left something at our previous hotel! Lots of parking as well.

The beds were hard but sheets were clean. Room was old & hasn’t been updated. On the website didn’t say dinner restaurant & bar was closed on Sundays & Monday. We were tired from driving all day & had planned on eating at the hotel! No movie channels. Water was shut down for awhile one day. We did get a notice that it was going to happen. Nice that we could park close to room.

For years it has become tradition to spend a summer weekend here, my kids love this place as much as I do. It's in the middle of everything and definitely family oriented. They do have their lil cons but many places do. We love the waffle spot and always try to make it in for our happy hour with in check in spot. We love this place. The amigos spot seasoning is on point.

A parking spot close to your room may be hard to come by. The ice machine is kind of far away from a lot of the rooms. Although I didn’t mind the loud squeaky beds so much, my husband had a hard time sleeping on the lumpy mattress that made noise with every movement. The bathroom is incredibly small but functional. The A/C struggled badly and never quite made it to the temp we wanted.

For the price it can’t be beat. It was clean, which is my number one priority anywhere. The Mexican restaurant on site is excellent!

Unfortunately, the room was not worth the price. We had drawers that kept sliding and opening by themselves any time we’d take a step in the room, the room had carpet (we specifically chose this hotel because we didn’t see it in the pictures), the plugs were placed on the side of the night stands so the charger would continuously fall off, the fridge was incredibly loud and the tv wasn’t working. However, we asked for a room change and we were fine after that, the staff was incredibly nice and helpful.

The staff was amazing and extremely helpful, some of the best I’ve ever experienced. The pool was pretty nice and had a hot tub. The hotel had a waffle place and a Mexican restaurant inside.

The bed was comfortable, but every now and then spring in the mattres popt. Bathroom was really small, but manageable.

Really close to Downtown. It was nice to take a Uber and not needing to worry about parking. $10 to Petco Park(Gaslamp District)

Parking should be assigned certain spots. And only to the car for the person or family to each room. I didn’t find it fair that somone took had took my spot and i ended up parking across the property . And put mircowaves in the room please. These are just my suggestions

Charming, well-maintained mid-century-style motor inn located in Mission Valley--an area convenient to all San Diego has to offer. Room & bath were on the small-side, but very clean & quiet with comfortable beds. Loads of young families on the premises and around the pool, but did not disturb us at all.
