Some things were broken in the room. The rooms were super small. The canopies in the courtyard unnecessarily blocked the views of rooms facing the courtyard. I recommend removing them.

Absolutely loved the location. It's was cute and quaint hotel. It still needs to updating, repairs on some of the rooms and amenities. The rooms as very small, but fun- especially those overlooking the courtyard. The views of the courtyard could be improved by removing the canopies below so the courtyard was more visible. It would give off a better image of the way things look in Italy. The location was so good.

Location. Heart of Little Italy and close to my son. In front of the Saturday farmers market.

Good sized room, comfortable bed. The location is great in the middle of Little Italy with plenty of dining options, close to tram and harbor. Little Italy is very close to the airport, so 15-20' by car. There's a farmers market on wednesdays at the hotels doorsteps. There are plenty of breakfast options nearby.

You could see some wear and and tear on the room so it could use a little work. There was no place to refill a water bottle in the lobby.

Great location in Little Italy, you’re right in the action. The front desk staff was kind and the lobby was quaint. The room was small but had all the essentials you’d need.

The only thing that could have been better is if parking was available/included. They have a garage but it was full both nights we were there, so we had to park offsite. Thankfully it was just across the street!

The property was in an excellent and convenient location. It was amazing to wake up on Saturday morning and stick our heads out the window and see the farmers market humming right below us!

Not a fan of hotels without parking. Parking at the nearby garage was 50$ a night, at least give your customers a voucher to park elsewhere. Also, The water pressure was very weak in the shower. The mini fridge was in the middle of the walkway and just randomly plugged in.

The bedside lights are overdone: 6 bright light bulbs. I had to temporarily unscrew the ones on one side of the bed because it was so bright. Only one of the switches next to the bed (on the right side as you look at the bed) works. It would be nice to have had true reading lights for the bed. There is no switch on the other side of the bed, which if you are two people is inconvenient. Also: modern sockets for plugging in USB-B and USB-C chargers, both at the desk and next to the bed. An inexpensive upgrade.

Did not have free water bottles in the room :).

Great location, right in the middle of the happening Little Italy district that has lots of eating options. The hotel is also not far from DownTown. The Trolley station too is close, about 5 minutes walk.
