Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United States of America1. Service at the pool side restaurant was horrible. Our 1st dat we stood for 5 minutes waiting to be seated. No one else around. Once seated we sat for 15 minutes and never saw a server. We left without seeing anyone after 15 minutes. 2. Came back to the hotel after sunset the first night and there were no parking spaces available. We were not allowed in until anouther car came out. So we sat there waiting for 15minutes or longer 3. Lighting in the parking lot is very poor. Almost tripped several times due to how dark it was

United States of AmericaIt could use a little updating, for example, of the bathrooms. The resort fee coupled with extra charges for parking seems excessive. Although the park transportation services are excellent.
Excellent location for our visit to Epcot. The people were all fantastic.

United States of AmericaThe room was super small, with no room for languages. The bathroom was so tiny that it was hard to get into the bathtub. The restaurants in the hotel were ridiculously expensive.
The property is beautiful, very well maintained and beautiful halls. The pool was also fun and nice

United States of AmericaThe pools were freezing. We had expected heated pools or at least somewhat warm water. So we didn’t get to enjoy the beautiful grotto like we had expected.
Location to Animal Kingdom. We loved the choice of restaurants and we really enjoyed walking the Boardwalk nearby.

United States of AmericaNot having housekeeping taken care of on Thursday until two calls and being asked when we wouldn’t be there..didn’t take place til 6pm. Then Saturday, got back from Magic Kingdom to a not so magical full garbage that hadn’t been removed. Front desk did comp us $100 though. Just less than expected from a Marriott.
Closeness to Disney parks. Valet staff was stellar. Bellhops were awesome. Front desk very professional in light of some issues we dealt with. Ninshoka…hope I spelled correctly it was early..very caring and helpful.

United States of AmericaOur door had an issue. The locking mechanism always stuck out so we has to double open the inside handle in order to close the door when leaving. Also, the bed was hard. Both me and my mom had hip pain from laying sideways.
The amenities were awesome. Everything you need on the same grounds!

CanadaLocation was perfect! On the board walk and half way between Hollywood studios and Epcot. Great walking distance from both. Really nice pools, beach front, restaurants in the hotel and at the boardwalk all within walking distance. Tons of things to do on a down day between parks.

United KingdomCheck in was effectively chucked a room key, Not much explanation of anything really. Expected the firework room to be higher. Carpets / room decor looked tired. Room was relatively small (in comparison to rooms such as Coronado springs). Locating entrance proved problematic as its all hidden behind construction sheets - limited signs.
Location. Facilities looked excellent. Lobby was very impressive.

United States of AmericaParking fee and security deposit/ damage deposit was not told to me when i called. When i got there i was told i had to pay for parking which was excluded from the hotel bill and need to be included in one flat charge instead of surprising people, i got charge for a resort fee for things that i didn’t even use, and security deposit wasn’t told to me until last me ,which messed up my plans for my child spending the money else where! Parking -$36 Valet parking -44 Security deposit-$100

United States of AmericaThe Food was terrible and overpriced. I expected a 28.00 hamburger to be much better. The frozen yogurt was better than the food. The pool was too shallow and only up to 4 feet, both pools. The private beach was worthless you cant go in the water and the sand was filthy.
