too many to name; I paid for two rooms, got to the hotel and got my room and wanted to get the room key for the other room and was told since it was under another name I couldn’t get them; get up to the room and get a phone call from the front desk asking to verify that I paid for that room for the other person. Next the keys wouldn’t work in the door so I went back to the front desk and asked and he checked on their little key check machine and said it was good so he went up to the room and checked the lock; he jiggles it around a few times finally opened and said he would get maintenance on it. Come back later to our room and there are black hairs and a big black unknown substance on our sheets. Disgusting. Went down to the front office again to complain, manager took a picture of my picture and would let the general manager know. We moved rooms, almost left the hotel completely after that disgusting sheet. Front office lady was very nice and did her job correctly. Housekeeping was pretty lousy.

The room could have offered travel toothpaste to go with the shampoo, conditioner and bar soap.

Facilities seemed a little run down. A/C in living room had bad cable/outlet. Windows could be sealed better to not let the wind make noise. Elevator was out of order for most of the weekend. Hallways, stairs, and side exits could have been kept cleaner. There was a lot bird of droppings right by the side door, looks like that had been there a while.

It was nice that I was able to get a suite with full size fridge/kitchen.

The window was slightly open, but wasn't noticeable due to both evening temperature and the curtains being drawn. This was discovered in the middle of the night when we woke up shivering. Also, why are the pool and workout room still closed? Seriously, we've moved past that.

We arrived around 8pm and there were no bath towels in the room. There was also a bandaid stuck to the handicap support bar in the shower. The pillows were pancakes as soon as you laid your head down which was disappointing because the bed was so nice.

Very convenient location. The night clerk was very helpful and friendly. The beds were comfortable, handicap accessible room we booked was perfect size to move around in with the wheelchair not like others we had stayed at. Breakfast was typical but not stingy. We would make a return stay if we are ever up that way again.

Beds were uncomfortable and the showers were not friendly for anyone under 6' my wife and daughter had trouble adjusting the spray head it was mounted so high.

It was overall clean and the young lady when I checked in was very nice and super helpful.

Trash left in bathroom behind door, I have three charges on my c.c. for one night stay, spoke with staff owner supposed to call me no word yet, landscapes look horrible grass not cut or bushes trimmed, hallways very hot
