The main guest areas such as the lifts could use some love. All four we used had electrical wires hanging from them, paint work peeling and carpets need a retrench as they have come loose causing a trip hazard. Some staff were lovely, others downright rude.

Good location with everything under one roof. Rooms are clean, comfortable and spacious.

The room as sooooo far away from the lifts - extra walking for older people. The check in process was sooooo bad - 1 hour in line to check in. No in room facilities - no fridge - no coffee making facilities - I guess they want you to pay $7 for every cup of coffee.

    Bed was comfortable

Our shower wasn't draining fast enough, so all showers your feet were in a small pool.

I loved that it connected to Excalibur and really had a nice Mexican restaurant.

A sign at the entrance of the Luxor from UBER drop off that really is more noticeable to existing elevators in the premises. A staff member that can also receive income tenants to provide direction of elevators. This could have prevented my wife falling on the escalator and getting injured as we were attempting to bring up very heavy luggage due to being told there were no elevators and forced to go up the escalators.

My wife fell on the escalator at the entrance of the hotel for the UBER drop off and she injured her elbow and small finger. I approached Security Officer Tony Virella who immediately responded with first aid application to my wife's bleeding elbow and her crushed small finger. He conducted an accident report with such compassionate heart and attitude. He provided us with dinner and beverage vouchers. He escorted us to our room and assisted with our luggage. He made the arrival experience comforting and gave LUXOR a top quality representation.

Didn't see the fine print about extra charges, and was surprised to find out upon check-in. In addition to the $18 parking fee per day, there is a resort fee per room of $35, and the website claims now that the pool is free. It is a bit misleading.

Check in lines can be long but the staff does a good job of keeping ot moving. TV was having issues when we first came in but my techy bf was able to adjust a wire and fix it. I know this may be out of the staffs control but it would be nice to have more signs for the walkway to excallibur because i got lost a few times lol

I stayed at the Luxor a few years back, although I didnt have a bad experience, I didnt have an amazing experience. It was middle of the road. When picking my hotel this time around I was attracted to Luxor again because we had no issues the first time and the prices are low. I am so glad we decided to stay there again because everyone that I interacted with at the hotel was very kind. The gentleman who helped us check in, I think his name was Josh, was very engaging and funny. We were having issues with mobile check in wanting us to wait for our room a few hours after check in. Josh got us into a nice room and even credited the room $75 because I shared with him that it was my birthday. Even the staff at the Daquri bar in the lobby was really nice. Every person I interacted with there seemed happy to be there and excited to engage guests. Amazing customer service skills and one of the biggest reasons I would return to the Luxor!

U can hear noise from next door shower and flush, that can disturb ur sleep. Pillows are too big and uncomfortable.

We stayed 8 days, it's just a basic accommodation. Problem with the noisy toilet flush which was reported but never rectified. Lifts was slow and only 2 lifts working.

The reception staff are intolerant and somewhat rude. The cleanliness of the room leaves much to be desired. The water in the shower smelled strongly, like stagnant water. We rented a suite, and I still didn’t understand what the point of this room was if it didn’t even have a coffee maker. A couple of bottles of drinking water could also be provided to the guests. Would I consider this hotel on future trips? Unlikely.

Spectacular interior design outside and inside common areas. Pleasant and friendly cleaning staff, also at the luggage reception and cafeteria.

The interior of the Hotel seemed quite dark

We only stayed one night on arrival in Las Vegas as we were travelling for a few days. We were upgraded to a suite, and it was huge, comfortable, and quiet. We ate at the Mexican restaurant and had a delicious dinner with great service
