Good location. Staff was unfriendly and even prepaying online it always seems to be a confusing PITA to explain that I already booked online and then pay ANOTHER fee for "incidentals". I could not find the wifi password anywhere in my room and after the ordeal of explaining that I booked online and again charging my card for "incidentals" I did not think calling the front desk would have been helpful.. Also my bed had an exposed peice of metal sticking out of the edge (see photos) that nearly drew blood from me.

The bedding was dirty aswell as the floors and shower. The manager didnt care and refused to give us a refund. Not to mention she was very rude while check in and out of the hotel. I get that it's low budget and you get what you pay for but it was the worst hotel I've personally ever stayed in

There was no coffee pot in the room and no clothes hangers. The bathroom was very cold and needed to have some type of insulation from the cold coming thru the bathroom window. Personally, I don't think bathrooms need a window if there is a fan. Also, there was no room service, we had to ask to have garbage picked up and clean towels.

The location was fine The room was clean and ok. I like having a refrigerator and microwave provided.

Everything was great. Quick check in and out, it was clean and as described. Just what we needed on out long drive.

I stayed for two nights. The cleaning service did not come until 6pm and only offered clean towels. The parking lot and on site management were not helpful in parking a over sized vehicle (e.g., truck and trailer, U-Haul box truck).

Male housekeeper banging on the door, while I was sleeping. I told him, if I need something I'll inform the front desk. He ignored my request, the next day, he went inside my room, while i was away, when I confronted him, he snapped at me by saying "YES", ARROGANTLY. I asked him for "Do not disturb/maid service requested" door hanger, with anger on his face, he went to the front desk, and handed it to me. Moreover, I went to onsite laundromat, added liquid detergent, stuffed my dirty cloths in the washer, inserted coins in the slots...washer did not operate. I complained to the front desk, who LIED to me that technician will repair it in 10 minutes. I waited 30 minutes, no technician, only to be informed that it will take few days before it is repaired, asking me to pull my laundry out of the washer to go somewhere else.

Dirty towels hanging rig all ripped at front door.. Mattress was so worn out..it could have been bought in 1970.. Sheets aren't white they so thin actual mattress had stains along bottom part..

the floors were clean, but it was like it was washed with perhaps the wrong type of cleaner or wasn’t rinsed? there was a sticky film on the floor, that you could even hear when you walk on it, I know that it was clean though, so it wasn’t an issue - I just wore my shoes.

the gentleman at the check-in office was very kind, professional, and friendly. The room was appointed with the features I needed (like a microwave), and the bed was comfortable

Noisy because it is on a major road. The guy next door talked the whole night through 5am in the morning. Shower stall could be a bit larger. No place to put shampoo and soap.
