Building is very weathered. The floor in the center of the room was soo saggy that you could actually feel it when laying bed as if the foot of the bed was going to fall to the room below. Windows had mini blinds that were broken with holes in the middle. Water took very long to heat up and once hot lot would constantly changing from artic cold to scolding hot. Microwave appeared dirty. Refrigerator also appears poor, rusty and spray painted. No exhaust fan in bathroom. House keeping did not visit room during two night stay. Hallways smelled of marijuana from time to time on different floors.

Affordable location on board walk with convince store in basement. Front porch good view of beach and sun rise. Walking distance to bus stop, food, and bars. Did not use due to personal schedule however there is a heated outdoor pool available for use. Front desk staff polite and courteous.

Steps were falling apart. Many of the electrical outlets didn’t work. Rust in the refrigerator. Ceiling fan above dining room table was filthy. There was a small hole at the back of a lower cupboard where you could see complete through to outside. We saw lots of little ants. You had to go through one bedroom to get to the other bedroom and bath. Old misshapen mattress.

Plenty of space. 2 bathrooms. Very good location. Heated pool. Full kitchen.

Rooms were out dated, biggest complaint would be the doors into the room. They were closet doors, you could hear everything in the hallways and the light shown through

Location, location, location! The pool was nice. Rooms were large, outdated ( but it is a real shore stay- reminded me as a kid). Would definitely stay again for the price and location 😀

The rooms were small. The beds were uncomfortable. You had to request cleanings. The floor was so dirty that all of our feet were black the entire trip.

The location was great and I loved the front porch and rocking chairs.

The rooms are ok...pretty small for the price and dated (which you can tell from the pics). The bathroom was tiny and the floor tiles were all broken up. The tub didn't drain very well and the sink had no stopper so the water sprayed everywhere.

The location of the hotel was amazing. It is right on the boardwalk. You could roll right out of bed and onto the beach if you wanted to. The view from the window was really amazing!

The shower was terrible. The water pressure was so low it was almost a trickle and the water temperature was unpredictable. Without touching the knobs one minute it was fine the next it was freezing and the next it was extremely hot. Not enough outlets. There was a lamp between the two beds on a nightstand that seemed to just be there for decoration as there was no outlet nearby for it to be plugged into. Just an FYI, there was no clock, no blow dryer and no phone to call the front desk.

The AC worked well. The pool was nice.

Although it smelled clean, the room was not. Carpet was in poor condition and the bathroom floor, when wiped dry after shower turned the white bath mat black. Also, zero hot water in the shower.

the room was not how pictured online. The floors in the bathroom are about cave in. They were soft and pliable. I did not allow my small child in there alone. The wall in the one shower was actually coming down. The bathrooms were the worst i had ever seen at a hotel/condo… etc The carpets were old and dingy. the sheets and comforter were not clean. cigarette holes in the comforter of my bedroom. The walk to the beach was great except for air conditioners dripping on you as you walked through an area. The staff was very nice.

The apartment is extremely outdated. The beds are so uncomfortable like sleeping on boards. The stairs up the side of the apartment were loose and moved when you walked up them. The bathroom tub leaked non stop. The rooms for four bedrooms are super tiny with one being right in the entrance with the door and no privacy at all. It definitely could use the updating. Bigger beds and better mattresses as the largest bed offered is a full size.

Love the location of the apartment on the boardwalk. The balcony was great to relax on and people watch.
