We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of AmericaWe stayed a total of 3 nights and I don't think that they vacuumed our room during our stay, the shampoo and shower gel bottles were less than half empty when we arrived and never got filled during out stay. I can understand paying for parking when visiting, but they charged daily for parking even when you stayed at the resort/hotel.

United States of AmericaThey did not have slippers in the room for guests. Incomplete toiletries, no toothbrush or toothpaste nor a showecap. For the price I am paying, I was expecting these things. I also had an incident where a guy followed us from the monorail and harassed us towards inside MGM grand. I reported it and showed the video to the security. They said they can’t do anything since it did not happen inside the facility. Securit said what he can do is just to be on the look out. I knew they did not care since they did not even bother to get a copy of the video, to see what the guy looks like nor ask my information. They could have been a little concern for their guests’ safety.

United KingdomGot convinced to upgrade to a suite. Don’t fall for it. Really not worth the money. The room is incredibly dated was like walking into the 1990’s. Really dark. The view isn’t ‘better’. And the hot tub and all the lamps etc must be from when they first opened like 30 years ago. I left the do not disturb sign on the door because I had a lot of money in my suitcase and they slipped a note under the door saying ‘we have the right to come in your room anytime’ crazy

Our flight was pushed back to 11:11pmCST in which we reside in Florida EST which is a 3 hours difference timeframe!! Luckily our rental car agency, National allowed us to keep our rental till 6:15pmCST!! We were able to check in at the airport and relax ourselves in The Centurion Lounge before boarding!! Also, the pillows could be more firmer, if you’ve been in a car accident you’ll understand!! I feel that this hotel should have optional rooms with refrigerators and microwaves alongside minibars for the amount of money you spend!! I’d like to give kudos to The Front Desk Representatives, Valet Staffers, Room Services, The Bellmen’s and Housekeepers thank you for your professionalism, courtesy and support!!
