A.C wasn't cooling in room 208. (Need freon.) It was Christmas and limited staff so we were thankful to have windows for cooler air.

Spacious once we upgraded, but the queen suite was very small so had to pay extra to receive what is pictured on booking.com

So it has nothing to do with the hotel. It was the location where the hotel is located. Just outside the window there is a college bar and get ready to thump with the music until 2 am on Friday/Saturday n ight.

The channel selection wasn't the greatest. The TV remote didn't work well and had issues connecting to wifi. Metal bed frame makes for a noisy night every time you move. No extra sheets, towels, cups, toilet paper etc. Loud guest first night of visit.

We like the location of the hotel. The friendly staff was definitely a plus. King suite was a decent size for 2, the room was also clean.

I did not receive housekeeping here or at the Orlando south location. But this time I actually watched the house keeper make their way down my aisle and skip my room. Then I saw a roach. I did not get the extra pillows that I requested. And my sheets were not changed hence no house keeping. I did not expect them to clean because they went over what housekeeping was responsible for. Most importantly because I’m on the 2nd floor the people walk so loud on top of us we never get to sleep in because as soon as the crack of dawn comes it sounds like they are having a party we called the front but due to limited availability they have no where else to move us. There are a lot of homeless people who hang around here and sit around as soon as you come out you’re greeted/starred down by them. There is not enough washing/drying machines to accommodate the capacity that they are at. The doors don’t lock and people normally hang in the stairwell when it’s raining(the homeless people).

I liked how the room looked it was nice and new. Staff were nice. Convenient/close to work

they don't provide any mugs or pots and pans. Our bathroom was pretty dirty, especially the toilet was bad.

I understand that this is primarily an extended stay facility. Nevertheless, they do take on short term stays. Two thin towels and washcloths for 4 nights stay! One roll of toilet tissue! Quite frugal. Definitely, NOT a good value at all. I did not know ahead of time that I should bring my own towels and toilet paper. This little detail should be disclosed prominently.

One major thing is bar in front of property, tons of ppl roaming area late at night in the parking lot. Little sketchy, hotel walls are super thin. Can hear everything. I was on first floor, sounded like heard of elephants running nonstop above us. We had ants, but manager came in and wiped down everything with bleach.

All the staff was amazing! Bed was super comfortable! The room looked remodeled but bathroom but still okay. Tons of places to eat within walking or driving distance.

The house keeping speaks loud early in the morning down the hallways not considering people may be here on business trips. also squashed one roach. Would be nice if housekeeping would not talk loud while cleaning early in the morning because the walls are thin. Residents should walk away from property to smoke cigarettes due to second hand smoke being poisonous to others.

I like that it’s close to all of the major stores such as Walmart, Ross, Best Buy and fast food places also gas stations are not even a mile away. The beds are soft the rooms are clean.
