The brakes were being serviced on the shuttle and we had to get a taxi to come home one time. it was $40 with a $10 tip $50 total. Afterwards, The bellman told us to use lyft or uber. We choose lyft. It was really nice and cheaper to use them. $10 each time. So this was ok. We decided to stay at this location because of the shuttle to downtown CMA Festival.

The staff was very personable and friendly, I appreciated the shuttle service.

Cleanliness of the room could have been better. I know every place is short staffed, but there were clearly crumbs and dirt in the corners of the bathroom. Not just one corner. A quick vacuum would have helped. Towels were threadbare.

Front desk staff was excellent. Bathroom within room needed more attention from housekeeping. There were crumbs and dirt in the corners of the bathroom. Guests on floor were noisy and I believe housekeeping- or someone tried to enter our room early MOnday morning. So much so that the extra safety latch was moved by the attempt to open.

I ordered room service and was told it would be 25 minutes. 50 minutes later I called and they said they were getting it ready. 5 minutes after that I received a call saying my pick up order was ready. I told them I ordered room service because my husband isn’t able to come down physically. I was told they would “try” to bring it to me. When I questioned the “try” she said “we’ll bring it!” Food was great besides that.

With the location it is a mad house. There were six visiting sports teams and entourage at the hotel. Getting through the hotel and to and from rooms is a challenge

If you want to be at Vanderbilt it doesn't get any better. Perfect location on campus and near shopping and restaurants, stadiums etc.

The shower did not drain properly and had to turn off water so it wouldn’t overflow. Peeling paint on the ceiling. For the price, it was upsetting.

This review is hidden because it doesn't meet our guidelines.

I was surprised that there was a $50 fee per night that was not included in the total. which threw me off. also, there was a noise in the room from a pipe that occurred at least 10 times a day. That was very noisy and very unpleasant. I told the staff at check out and they stated that it was how the hotel was constructed. That was not a good answer and I will think twice before staying there again because of that constant noise.

The hotel was clean and the rooms and bathrooms were big. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Our room had quite a bit of mold in the shower, so someone might want to take care of that. Also, the valet backed our car up and hit a pipe and shattered our back window.

Check in was fine. The view was incredible of the stadium.

Nice hotel and location. Easy to get to and is a nice place to access the city.

Nice room, reserved for two double beds and a sofa and got a k in ng and a sofa. Really needed the two beds. Made family stay uncomfortable.

The additional charge for parking was expensive (around $40+ per day) plus there was also an additional charge for the WIFI in the room ($10). Either of those are typically included in the room price at other hotels. I feel that the room rate should have included these amenities.

The hotel is location is within easy walking distance of Vanderbilt. The room was nice and clean.
